Perfect tour from Cancun - Wasbflooded with choices to find the right package, opted for this one amd I do not regret it. Pick up was @0725 till 2130. Timing is paced perfectly, Roberto the tour guide was an encyclopedia and loves his job. You start y being picked up, then you wait for an hour to make the check-in and get your bus. You ll leave to go visit a Mayan Village, have lunch then Chichen Itza, you then go to swim in a Cenote and finally short visit at Valledolid, then 2.5hrs drive back. Perfect day.

Chichén Itzá and Ik Kil Private Tour - Great Experience! - We booked a private tour for our family of 5 to Chichén Itzá and Ik Kil Cenote through Jose and Viajes Tours. It was a fantastic experience. Jose was extremely responsive and informative. We setup the entire trip via messenger on Facebook. We choose to leave early in the morning to beat some of the crowds. Jose’s team picked us up at our resort right at 6am. The tour of Chichén Itzá with our personal guide was extraordinary. We learned so much, it was like our own private history lesson of the Mayan site. The cenote was beautiful as well. It was one of our favorite days in Mexico by far. We never felt rushed and had no concerns. Everything was taken care of for us. We’ll continue to book future excursions through Jose. Thanks Jose!!!

Chichen Itza Trip - Amazing from start to finish! Jose was so helpful in planning the perfect excursion for my family. I told him exactly what my family wanted and he made it happen. Our driver Joel was perfect and our guide Miguel was so knowledgeable and informative. Jose was in contact with me leading up to the trip and I was completely in charge of deciding what we did. The van was right on time, and after a quick stop to pay we were on our way. Miguel gave great information on the way to the ruins, and had pictures and artifacts to show us during the long drive. Once we arrived at Chichen Itza he showed us a great time! I am so glad we booked a small group tour rather than a large charter bus. After leaving the ruins we had a delicious Mayan lunch at a local restaurant. Because we were on a private tour we were back to our resort much earlier than the bus tours which was great ! I highly, highly recommend!

Would give 4.5 stars if possible. Great day; but long. (a good value for money) - This was a fun experience; but a really long day overall (7am pickup / 9 pm return to hotel). The cenote was our first stop and the water was cold. Food at lunch was pretty good (but not great/amazing). It was a little disorganized on the logistics of getting served food and/or drinks; but we didn't leave that stop hungary. The Mayan ruins were really beautiful; we didn't feel rushed while we were there. The guide we were with was very knowledgeable and it was worth listening to someone w/knowledge of the site while there. The last stop was at a small city. I personally could have skipped this stop as it was a bit rushed and our bus had to relocate from where we were dropped off and it was a little stressful to get back on. I would have preferred to either spend more time at that spot (or skipped it altogether to get back to the hotel a little earlier). Overall, it was a great day; but very tiring; and we were glad to get back to bed that night.

Not premium at all - Please save your money and don't book this trip, it isn't premium . The tour is advertised as English but spends most time communicating in Spanish, you are on a bus with all other passengers gers who pay a lot less and the only extra you get is water , a beer and a dry sandwich. I arrived at the center as it was closing so no chance to visit the stores. The guide couldn't answer any questions the group asked him.
