A must do adventure! - Excellent tour! Well worth the money and time. Josue, Graniel and Amado were incredible hosts. Josue our tour guide was super knowledgeable about everything “Mayan”. His insights to the history and area was very informative. We had a group of 6 and everyone said it was an amazing day. Kudos to the team at Cancun Passion. The name fits them well- They really are passionate about what they do.

Perfect All-Day Tour - The tour picked us up from our hotel, with a fun trip to Chichen Itza with our amazing tour guide Roberto aka Beto. We had a fabulous lunch, which was super delicious and came with some entertainment. After that, we travel to the cenote, and that was lots of fun as well. Driving through the Mexican village, along with having an opportunity to get souvenirs and have our questions answered about the Mayans and Mexican culture in general was very interesting. Our driver was safe. We had rest stops that were clean, and it was an We had rest stops that were clean, and it was a very comfortable ride, although long. Our tour guide and assistants were wonderful and pleasant and funny. Would definitely recommend this tour.

You’ll want to do this! - I have been wanting to go to Chichen for years and I gotta say, going there with Carlos G and Israel was amazing. The knowledge and passion that they have for this makes it so much more of a memorable experience!! Muchas Gracias de nuevo!!

Chichén Itzá Deluxe from Riviera Maya - We booked this excursion through the resort and it beat our expectations. Eduardo, Beto, Freddy, and Josué were all FANTASTIC guides! We heard stories from other people about other companies not living up to the hype, but CancunPassion definitely shined. We loved this tour. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all our questions - even about things not directly related to the tour. Thank you for sharing your culture with us!

Trip to Chichen Itza - A very pleasant visit to Chichen Itza and the Cenote, with Jesús, Hugo and Paul. 100% Recommended, good service, good comfort, and good attention.

Terrible tour guide, misinformation and waste of time and money - Took a "deluxe" tour to Chichen Itza and a Cenote. Booked thru Amstar at our hotel. Pickup was 7.30am and then we took two hours driving around other hotels picking up more passengers. We were told "luckily" we'd stop before Chichen Itza to use restrooms, "lucky" because at CI itself the bathroom lines would be very long. This turned into just an excuse to push us into a tourist shop (we'd been prepped on the bus as to what to buy( and take up a lot more time. Bathrooms at Chichen Itza were not long lines. Before arriving at Chichen Itza we were given name tags to split is into groups. Then we were all lumped together anyway. The tour itself was probably the worst tour guide. I cannot believe our guide was certified. He had his own take on the site and history which was not tied to the facts. I had taken a tour here a few years ago with a guide from Chichen Itza itself so was expecting to hear some of the interesting history. Instead it was about giants, the pyramids, telepathy and some suggestions around artificial insemination. Absolutely ridiculousz none of what the guide said was what I'd heard before and so I kept referencing the official website and it was just made up fiction. This lasted an hour then we were given another hour to wander ourselves. Lunch was back to the gift shop. It was fine but very basic. The Cenote was good but we had only about 40 minutes total there. So, a 11-12 hour day was really just 3 hours with an hour of that rubbish. I appreciate the breakfast we had and the beers on the way back. The Cenote was good. And bus driver was good (though guide suggested he would work 18 hours a day and sleep in the bus when we weren't driving, if true a little scary). But for $350USD this was a waste and a rip off. To cap it all off, on the way back we were given feedback cards. I put this all on there with my email address and name. Expecting someone to reach out. That was in February. No response. Feel even more justified in writing this publicly now.
