Super quality - Everything was excellent, I took a tour with them to Chichen Itza and took my 13-year-old daughter. We had a wonderful time and the guide's explanation was tremendous, he gave us information that we didn't know and we were learning at all times. We also stopped by an amazing store with absolutely amazing arts and crafts made by people in the community. The food in the restaurant is delicious and finally the attention of all the staff was the best I have had on this type of tours. Thank you very much for making an unforgettable vacation for my daughter and me.

Chichen Itza Deluxe - Carlos, Miguel, Felipe, and Samuel were an amazing crew. Carlos was a captivating tour guide with a great depth of knowledge. Miguel was a smooth operator and was consistently making sure everyone taken care of and accounted for. Felipe kept me hydrated with water and plenty of beer. Samuel possibly has the hardest job driving that bus; he did great!

Honeymoon trip to Chichén-Itza - Great service from Beto, Hugo, Jamil, and the best driver Bartolo. They were very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and especially Chichén-Itza. The Cenote was refreshing and the stop in the historic city of Valladolid was the icing on the cake.

Full Day Tour Chichen Itza, Cenote and Valladolid - The tour was excellent. It was a long day but well worth it. Loved all of it. Especially enjoyed the refreshing cenote after Chichen Itza. Our guides were wonderful and made every effort to make our day great! They were knowledgeable, attentive and accommodating and fun. Our guides were Josue, Luis, Freddy and Paco. I highly recommend this tour if you have a full day to spare.

Enjoyable and enlightening. - It was a fun day led by a knowledgeable staff. Chichen Itza was like getting a tour and a history lesson all at once. We also got to see a couple of sites that we would have probably not visited otherwise, Valladolid and Cenote Saamal.

Chichen Itza guided tour, excellent ! - A great day at the Chichen Itza Mayan ruins and synotas swimming hole. Very good value for the day long experience. We had fantastic guides, Freddie the driver was very good and our 3 guides, Carlos, Noe and Felipe were amazing. Thanks guys! They were very knowledgeable about the history and the people as well as friendly and funny. Good guides are important and these guides were the best I’ve ever had. Carlos has over 20 years experience and studies and takes exams to get his credentials and it shows. At the stop for shopping the people were nice and helpful but it was very pricey. Some items were typical tourist pricing but the T-shirt was pretty expensive but nice and a Mexican chocolate bar was crazy at almost $16US, so do the currency conversion before you buy. The guided tour of the ruins was great, the lunch was one of the best Mexican meals we had our whole trip and the swimming hole at the end of the day was a great way to end the day. Good value and a great day out.

Chichen Itza tour with cancun passion. - Excellent tour with Freddie, Carlos, Philippi and Noe. Freddie was a great driver. Philippi did a great job organizing and keeping things running smooth. Noe did a great job describing the history of the area. Carlos was an excellent tour guide at Chichen Itza. You could tell he was very passionate about the Mayan culture.

Chichen Itza tour - Beto was an AMAZING tour guide. He shared the history of Chichen Itza. The tour was fabulous. Also, the other young gentleman did a fabulous job of keeping beverages available on the bus. An amazing tour and Beto was fabulous.

Gift Shops, Tips and Other Charges - Booked onto this tour through our hotel. Would avoid this company if you can. We booked the Chitchen Itza and Cenote Trip from Cancun (Playa Mujures) Frankly the 13-14 tour includes less than 2 hours at Chitchen Itza. Firstly, we spent 90 mins driving round Cancun collecting people. We then spent 2hr 30 driving to Chichen Itza. On the bus there was 30 mins of information and then 45 mins of sales pitch for various items you could buy at a gift shop. We then stopped for 1 hr at a gift shop outside Chichen Itza (disused as a toilet break). Then a rushed 2hrs inside Chitchen Itza, had to choose between the tour and actually seeing the site. We then after a very brief stopped arrived BACK AT THE GIFT SHOP?? This was the lunch stop, so we had another hour here where the resuartamnt put on very basic entertainment and then hassled for tips. On arrival at the Cenote it was noted that renting a locker and a life vest (mandatory) would cost $10 for what was 20-30 mins, what a scam! Overall the whole trip was just a shake down for more and more money. Just before arriving in Cancun the host spoke that they desired enormous tips as they were spending time away from their families to look after us. Maybe they think no one else works a job, but this was insulating and irritating. Glad I saw Chichen Itza, but would never book with Cancun Passion again
