Trip to Chechen Itza - We had a great experience and recommend it to anyone who's never been to Chechen Itza. Be prepared for a long day. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We felt extremely safe the entire time.

Very good! - The experience was very good! They complied with all the details, there were only changes in the cenotes and in the order of visits since the day was very hot and the sun very strong, which is understandable. The team of Eloy very predisposed always! One thing to improve would be the cleaning and maintenance of buses, some had damaged or dirty seats.

Could have been better. - We enjoyed the tour, however, being harassed by so many vendors trying to sell their merchandise took away so much of the experience. The bus ride was comfortable and the guide was awesome. We just would've had a better time if we could focus more on what and why we were there and not having to avoid the very aggressive sellers.

Amazing but… - I really, really wanted to love this tour and give it five stars. Our main tour guide was absolutely wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and smoothly translated between English and Spanish. He actually spoke 5 different languages! The bus was clean and comfortable, and all logistics were handled effortlessly. At each stop, check-ins and tickets were taken care of for us, making it hassle free. The cenotes were absolutely incredible. Hubiku was the standout with its delicious buffet, beautiful village, immersive cultural experience, and had great amenities. Ik Kil was also stunning and definitely worth visiting! We had about one hour at each cenote and two hours at Chichén Itzá. It all felt a little rushed. I ended up not even being able to see all of Chichén Itzá or buy souvenirs. The guides at every location were well-spoken and very helpful, ensuring we got great photos and understood or learned about each location. That said, the day was far too long. 16 hours. We were picked up at 6 AM and didn’t return to our hotel until nearly 10 PM—most of that time spent picking up and dropping off guests from Cancún to Playa del Carmen and everywhere in between. If they streamlined pickups, it would be a dream tour!!! Highly recommend bringing snacks and extra water, it’s a very long day and there isnt much time at each spot to grab anything. Around 9 AM, we were given a ham and cheese sandwich, juice box, and rice crispy treat but the buffet lunch wasn’t until about 4 PM.

Long Day - The sights were as advertised. The day started at 0730 from our hotel and we were dropped back at about 2130 so a very long and tiring day. The coach was about full with some 60 people which was just too large a group. The vast majority were Spanish speaking and whilst there was an English version, it seemed to be rushed. At Chichen Itza, we were told that there was an English speaking guide for a proportion of the group but because the overall group was so large, the guide was not made clear and we ended up with no guide and had to find our own way around. We seemed to drive for miles out of the way to get to the lunch venue and then there were multiple coaches there at the same time so lots of waiting and time wasting. Something en route would have been far more sensible.

More appearances than his. - The tour itself was really well planned and organized, so we didn't have to wait long. You pickup at the hotel was unfortunately half an hour late without notice. We wouldn't have needed the second cenote because it was very dark and gloomy. The buffet food was good in taste, but I guess we both had food poisoning overnight. Conclusion: Good in itself, but food deficient and tour schedule was upended at short notice.

BE AWARE - THIS IS A FULLY INTENDED WAISTING OF YOUR TIME TOUR - I had yesterday this tour, and it doesn't mean only this company is selling this tour, it's been reselling from many other too. If you want to learn from my bad experience, if you are traveling from Cancun , you should make 100% sure, they don't drive you around to pickup some guests in a cities that aren't even close on the way to the sights. So what exactly is happened? First of all we were told to be in front of the hotel at 6:25, but have entered a bud at 7:00. it's not so bad, but we need this 30 mins for the calculation. The bus drew us to pickup some more guests in Cancun, what is ok, and than took a road to Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya, instead using the direct highway to the sights. We lost there more 90 mis. They made a 52 seater bus full, even it's clearly written "This tour/activity will have a maximum of 35 travelers" what was my main reason to choose this company, Less travers means less pickups and drop-offs and less possibility someone gets late. We stopped at all sight that were in the itinerary, but in most cases little bit shorter than other groups did, most probably because we lost so much time on the way. The sights are amazing and I highly recommend to visit them. Only at the stop in Valladolid, which has the only one purpose to bring you in a very overpriced shop to gain some commissions, there we got 30 mins of time and actually were picked up after 40 mins, as I later have get known that other groups do a 20 min stop. There is really nothing to do even for 20 mins. On the way back, of course, we went again all the cities for drop-offs that aren't on the way, but this time we stuck in a huge traffic, because we weren't using the highway to Cancun. It too us extra 150 mins. It means we had more than 4.5 hours drive without a stop. Even we took a lot of water with us and got some on the way, the last 4.5h there was no way to get any. Maybe it's sounds I'm picky. Maybe, but consider that this tour lasted for 16.5 hours, even the times to visit the main sights were shorten in comparison with other operators. The 4 hours extra driving and half hour unnecessary waiting to get started makes this tour a torture. Even I wasn't expecting that the operator could help me, I've contacted them and they told me this isn't a private tour, it's a shared tour. Does it mean they would have the right to bring you to any city in Mexico if they get guests? After reading this review they will reply "we apologise ......", there is no need to apologise, because as I've mentioned in the title THIS IS A FULLY INTENDED WAISTING OF YOUR TIME. This is not what have happened yesterday, they do it each day, over and over again.
