Pyramid and Cenote adventure! - Chichen Itza pyramid and grounds are beautiful; the buffet area was very nice and clean and the food was tasty! The cenote was Beautiful and so refreshing - what an experience!

Guides were friendly... - Guides were friendly enough. Too much time spent trying to get us to buy souvenirs. Not enough time at cenotes.

TERRIBLE!! - Paid for this tour in advance, 3 people at $95 each. Printed out paperwork to take along to have proof. Tour director would not accept! Went round and round with him and on phone with company. He finally told me to take my business elsewhere! Stranded 40 miles from resort and no tour! Still waiting for refund. SHAMELESS COMPANY!! AVOID
