Informative. Necessary. Awesome! - I loved this tour! Brian gave us a very thoughtful history of public art and its importance in community artivism. I highly recommend this! The best part was getting to talk to some of the artists while they were creating!

What a wonderful tour! - We stayed a week in Chicago and this was the highlight for me. With the knowledgeable and friendly guide, we learned about the historical context of the art as well as the art itself. My husband and I both felt like the information was synthesized really thoughtfully and presented with care. It was great walking around to see the art and the guide to hear the information he gave as well as answering any questions the group had. Highly recommend this tour!

Heart of Chicago - Mathew was fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the art that we saw. We were blown away by the street art scene and recommend this tour as a way to see parts of Chicago that a traditional tourist itinerary may skip.

A wonderful experience: Street art is food for the eye and the brain - We live just outside Chicago and wanted to explore something different in the city. This Street tour was amazing. The tour guide (Brian) was very knowledgeable and started by explaining to us what public art / graffity art / street art are. Then we went off on our walk that took us through alleys and parking lots; we must have stopped at least at 5-6 sites; and some of them had multiple murals to look at. The guide was very generous both with his explanations and with his time, in fact the tour ended up lasting 2 1.5 hours. Truly highly recommended. We learned and saw things we didn't know,, and we've been living in Chicagoland for more than 20 years.

Inspiring Deep Dive - This was an unexpected highlight of the week. Our group was small so we could ask as many questions as we wanted. I wasn't expecting to hear so much history and a deep dive into street art culture. I highly recommend this tour - go in with an open mind and be ready to be inspired.

phenomenal and eye-opening tour! - phenomenal tour of some really beautiful street art and graffiti. brian the guide was very knowledgeable and presented the info in an entertaining and accessible way. i would highly suggest this tour to just about anyone!

A don't miss while in Chicago - Jackie did a phenomenal job of educating us about the roots and progression of street art in Chicago. We saw beautiful work, heard interesting stories and got in lots of exercise all at the same time. Jackie was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and really brought the art to life.

Fun way to explore an offbeat part of Chicago! - We were a mixed age group of grandparents & two 15 year old grandchildren. They are not from a big city so they were curious. Jeff was a great guide -very knowledgeable about art & the ubran graffiti & mural world. You can see graffiti but not "get it". To learn the history & story behind this style was very interesting. I have always been interested in the genre & have taken pictures of it within the US &in other countries. Totally recommend the tour. Added benefit was seeing parts of the city I had not explored in depth.

Good tour through hip part of town - The art tour starts off slowly, with 30 minutes sitting at a table and essentially a lecture on street art. This was worthwhile but unnecessarily long, which was disappointing.  When you get out, you are drawn into the interesting stories behind the artworks. You are introduced to various types of street art with a friendly and helpful guide who was glad to answer questions.  I recommend it.
