We had such a great time on the tour! Very educational, nice atmosphere & a must while visiting! It started raining unexpectedly, I was afraid it would be cancelled but they do have a large covered area & even provided ponchos! We really had a great time!

Not enough seating.
What is the point of reservations if seats are first come first serve?
Number reserved = number seats
Or at least allow people to reserve seats with the purchase of the reservation. You already have drinks as an option.
