1. Clients must provide the exact pick-up address (not just the hotel/residence/office name).
2. Clients must have their phone turned on at the time of pick-up.
3. Clients should consider an appropriate pick-up time, taking into account traffic and the recommendation to arrive at the airport 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights.
4. Clients must provide an email address.
5. Clients will receive a text with the car make and license plate number 1-2 hours prior to pick-up. Another text will be sent when the chauffeur arrives.
6. Clients have 10 minutes of included waiting time for non-airport pick-ups and 60 minutes for airport pick-ups. After that, charges will apply. If there is no communication during the included waiting time, the chauffeur will leave and the client will be charged 100%. Proof of call/text/GPS logs will be provided.
7. If clients need more time and inform us during the included waiting time, the chauffeur will wait as long as needed. However, extra waiting charges will apply and must be collected by the chauffeur.
8. The luggage capacity of sedans is 2 suitcases and 2 carry-on bags. SUVs can accommodate up to 5 suitcases and 5 carry-on bags. Excessive luggage is not allowed in the seating area, so please choose the vehicle type carefully. Oversized luggage (golf clubs, bikes, weapons, sports equipment, etc.) is restricted. Contact us prior to travel to adjust or upgrade your vehicle.
9. Child seats are not provided by the local supplier. However, they are required and are the responsibility of the parents or guardians.
10. We reserve the right not to execute rides if any of the above requirements are not met.
