Nice solo experience - I wasn't expecting much interaction with others at my table, but they were cool. Thete were two long rows of tables, so you got up close and personal. Disposable gloves were provided for everyone as food items, with the exception of personal pan dough, were presented family-style. The leaders gave a brief overview of how the restaurants got started and then talked us through the pizza making process. Overall, I had a great time!

Fun and delicious - Shelia did a great job of helping us create our own personal deep dish pizza The ticket included two drinks and salad in addition to the pizza. I found the history of the pizzeria Uno franchise interesting I think this would be great if you had teens to entertain.

Deep Dish Pizza class! TRY IT!! - At first I thought this deep dish pizza making class was booked. But Maria who was our server at Pizzeria uno said they still had some spots available. Fast forward, I came by the restaurant at 8:45am with a group. She walked us through on how the dough is made, what to do before putting sauce, cheese and toppings and explained the history of the restaurant with some funny jokes. Meanwhile our group had a large salad, drinks/beer and had the chance to eat our own deep dish creations. Tldr: I say it’s worth going and getting some tips on how to make a deep dish pizza. Maria is very friendly.

Fun experience to get a “taste” of pizza making. - Not a true pizza making experience. They start you off with a ball of dough in a deep dish pan that’s already been oiled. They do walk you through the steps of how the dough was prepared but this took some of the cooking experience away for me. Your task is to simply spread the dough and then add cheese, sauce, and toppings. The space was ok (two long tables in a separate space from the restaurant dining room). There was one couple who’s showed up and got shoved at a table crammed in between. Seems they still have an issue with overbooking. The servers were helpful and attentive and brought us our drinks quickly. Overall, a fun experience and the pizza tasted great!
