Good fun, good food, and a whole new appreciation for tamales - Oscar was terrific as our tamale “coach.” We had a great time, learned a lot, and enjoyed a terrific meal when it was all said and done. I’d gladly recruit some more friends and go again in the future!

Great demonstration on making tamales - It was a fun Saturday morning activity - informative instructor and learned a lot. First part was a cooking demonstration rather than hands-on, but we got helpful tips and good point to ask questions. Second part was hands-on to roll the tamales. They were delicious! So were the tacos and drinks, but they were prepared for us. Now we're excited to try making tamales ourselves!
