Family fun - It was a lot of fun. My son really enjoyed it! The locations were great and it was a wonderful way to see the city. I would recommend this to anyone

Fun Time - We had a great time with Anthony. Riding the electric bikes made the tour more fun and less work. It was nice to see part of the city from a different view.

Lakefront E-bike tour - Anthony was a wonderful guide! We had limited time for sightseeing, so this was the perfect tour to see the lake front highlights. The bikes were comfortable, easy to use, and cute!

Amazing views….amazing fun…….and an amazing guide Anthony😊 - Amazing experience and so glad we booked this tour. It was just my wife and I on tour with Anthony who was a real star as he was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions and there were many. He has a great know,edge of the city both historical facts and tourist related information and gave us some great recommendations. The route is incredibly scenic and easy to navigate with 90% being flat and a couple of small inclines are nothing on the gorgeous electric bikes which are a breeze to use. We were very hot when we arrived an Anthony immediately provided water. He also helped with our photo requests. I hope you are lucky and meet Anthony on your tour but the bike tour is a must on your trip as you get up close and personal that a bus tour etc does not. MISSED COMMUNICATIONS - Conflicting directions on the app for where to arrive and meet up. One address was a parking garage. The description said to find them near the Buckingham fountain; which was not near the 411 E Erie St meeting place. Yes, I went to both places and back to the first place about 12:50 to find no bikes or group or indication of a bike ride. Thus, I requested a full refund which I hope was granted. I have used Viator for many excursions and this was a famous first. Instead of accepting the confusion of two different sets of directions of where to meet up; I was found at fault for leaving the first location (the parking garage). My suggestion; arrive early and read everything in advance.

No show. - We booked this activity through trip advisor. Received my booking confirmation notifications, etc. We reported to the Buckingham Fountain meeting area at the specified time and found no bike station or tour representative. Called representative phone number a few times and finally made contact with Anthony(?), who apologized and reported that no one was available to give the tour. He stated that their operation was shut down for that week and that Viator should not have assigned us a tour for that date. He offered other options with other vendors, but since we were spending our last hours in Chicago, this was of no value to us. He did offer us a refund and I received notice of same. It would have been nice to receive an advanced notice of a cancellation, however.
