Great way to see the city - A must do experience, our guide Marshall was amazing, full of knowledge & information making the tour so enjoyable. We were lucky enough to be the only 2 on the tour & convinced Marshall to stop for a Chicago hot dog!! A great way to see the city whilst having fun too 10/10

Great experience! - Mike was a great tour guide. He made sure we were comfortable before taking off on our tour and he was very safe navigating across busy areas. We explored areas that we haven’t seen in Chicago and learned a lot of fun facts about the sites. Definitely recommend !

Birthday outing! - We had a great experience with this company as we celebrated our 50th & 65th birthdays today Segwaying along the lakeshore in Chicago! The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very fun. We were in Wil's group who we would highly recommend. Gave a great history along the way with plenty of opportunities to pause and take a few pics. Overall highly recommend!

Need to be a better American & Chicago Ambassador - Half this tour is riding a Segway and the scenery, but the other half are the stories and jokes. We had 3 people from England with the tour and I noticed that Michael isn't a positive ambassador of America. He kept saying lines to indicate how bad we (America and Chicago) were at this or that. It happened often enough that I leaned over to one of the Brits and apologized letting him know there is far more positive about his and our country and this city. I'm only a visitor to Chicago but I found myself defending. I think Michale needs a re-work on his material and stories. Tour groups are Ambassadors of the city and country they represent. A little negative- sure but almost 95% negative- nope.

Need more positive Chicago and America Ambassador stories - Half the trip is the fun Segways and scenery- all nice. The other half are the stories and jokes. Over 90% of them painted Chicago and America in a bad light. We had 3 people with the group from England and I felt I had to apologize for how Chicago and America was being protrayed by Michael. He needs to update his script, stories and jokes as this tour is very much an ambassador for Chicago.
