A fun time - My daughter and I really enjoyed this experience. We had no previous experience driving a Segway but the instructions given were great and we were riding along in no time. The tour itself was informative and funny. We really enjoyed this and look forward to doing it again the next time we come to Chicago

The Best Way is to Segway!!!! - Michael was an outstanding tour guide. He made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable on the Segway. Pointed out what we might be doing incorrectly and showed us the right way. His tour was excellent. It was the best day!

Phenomenal Segway Tour!! - Capt. Segway was Awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the landmarks and emphasized safety while riding the Segways. We definitely recommend this tour.

No show - Arrived at the office at 10.45 for an 11am tour. There was nobody at the office. No attempt was made to contact us to let us know there was a problem. Felt like a waste of an entire morning. So disappointing.
