Fun - Was very informative and a great experience. Learned a lot about the history of Chicago's buildings. If you’re interested in the architecture and history of Chicago then I would recommend taking this tour

Fun cruise tour on Chicago architecture - Very knowledgeable guide. Great tour along the Chicago river. We had great weather for Nov. and loved seeing the buildings light up at sunset.

Docents are top notch! - This is the second time I've taken this tour in 5 weeks! My husband and I did a daytime tour end of Sept and I returned for a conference and my sister came with. We did the nighttime cocktail tour. Both docents were beyond amazing and so knowledgeable. Each one with their own knowledge and flare. Would do it again tomorrow in a heartbeat!

Fun experience but had higher expectations - Booked for my fiancés 30th weekend. The cocktails ad is what got me hooked.. it was fun, however I *thought* it was fairly more exclusive than what it actually was. I bought the package with 2 drinks each person. Based on others around us, I could have booked the regular tickets and just bought drinks too.. They also had free drinks, coffee, mixers etc. We had a good time but having been on other architecture tours down the river, they were very comparable. Great views at 6:00pm to get good pictures but I would take a regular, larger tour boat for the room and price next time. The commentator had a great voice too!

Tour value refund - I purchased a boat tour in Chicago, I arrived at the tour time and the company was closed and they said they informed you about the cancellation due to bad weather and they said that I was not notified by you, I want to request a refund, I couldn't find it No place on the website to do this and no phone number to contact.
