Great Tour - Entertaining, Informative, Highly Recommend - John (our tour guide) was fantastic! Friendly, energetic (but not frantic), super well informed. He got to know all of us on the tour and provided not just the history of the locations, but their context at that time and how that has shaped Chicago today. We had a freak (and heavy) snowstorm during our evening tour. John didn't miss a beat. We saw everything and he ensured everyone was safe in spite of the slick conditions.

Great Fun! - A fun spin on the mob and Chicago crime! Leah, our tour guide, was absolutely incredible - her knowledge was endless and her stories amazingly timed to the key points around the city. All around a great time and the pizza at the end made for a nice surprise.

GOOD TIME AND SOMETHING TO DO IN CHICAGO - It was a good time and interesting. The tour started on time, and ended with a slice of pizza. The storyline was entertaining. We attended with 9 family members. Found a few new places to visit while here.

The only available introduction to city’s criminal history - The tour was much shorter than the advertised 2,5 hours, and it was essentially the exact same tour as the day tour I took a couple of years ago. Guide was however great, and the pizza treat was nice. The squeeky, old buss should be updated to one of those new, fresh models. Soundproofed and with new audio-visual technology. With so few stops and so much information, I felt this would have been better as a classroom presentation without the need to go on an old bus. But, despite it all, the tour is still a «must do»’for all visitors to the city.
