Mobster tour - The tour was awesome! Kevin was knowledgeable about not only the history of the mobsters, but he also had amazing stories about other notorious events as well. He was entertaining and kept us engaged. Highly recommend if you are interested in some of the darker history of Chicago.

Great tour and guide - I found this tour among the attractions included in the GoCity pass, which I love. This is a fascinating tour, but unfortunately I have had at least 3 booking issues with ExperienceFirst in the past. This was no exception. The reason I took out one star. However, my family and I were able to work out the rescheduling offer from them. We actually found this specific tour very enjoyable and informative. Kevin is an excellent guide, so the rest of the stars are all for him. Thanks Kevin!

Fun with Mobsters - Kevin was an EXCELLENT tour guide. He was well spoken, he kept the stories interesting and he had a strong voice which was needed with the city noise and elevated trains. This tour was a wonderful way to learn a little more about Chicago and to stray a slightly off the main streets.

Mobsters and haunted mystery tour. - Really great experience and insight into Chicago and its colourful past. Kevin our guide was an excellent host and really informative.

A good idea to fill an evening most. - This 2 hour tour gave us more insight into some mafia and legend facts. Although the subject matter is not really extensive, Ben, our guide, did a very good job. The circumstances during this tour were not optimal (including a demonstration and a lot of other "noise"), but he persevered well and completed the 2 hours nicely. Minuses: the place of appointment was not clear in the various emails. Ben talked quite quickly and often made jokes, which sometimes made it difficult to follow the story and we (as non-English speakers) lost the thread with some stories. A good choice to fill an evening.

Don’t waste your money - It was honestly a terrible tour. Guide wasn’t engaging at all. Gave a contrived script with very little detail or animation. Focused on all the tragedies/deaths of Chicago and we had to extrapolate that they turned into ghosts somehow. A few mentions that Al Capone “may have” done x,y or z.

Fraudulent service - Didn't get the service and now they're denying a refund. They lied and said to arrive at the buckingham fountain (see attached email) when I called the service when we arrived and no one was there, I was told 25 min later that we should have gone to the hotel location and now we were not entitled to a refund because they said the correct location. Really? Cause your email says otherwise. Horrible experience and waste of time. I will be disputing this fraudulent service with my bank.

Guide no show - Our guide didn’t show up. Very disappointing. There were about 25 people who all ended up having to find something else to do. How do I get a refund?
