Best bike rental in Downtown Chicago - We always rent from this location when visiting Chicago. Usually we rent for four hours, but all day was just a few dollars more. They provide helmets, maps, locks and a repair kit. Location is right across from bike path that goes for miles on Lake Michigan in both directions. Lucas checked us in and gave us nice bikes. If you reserve online ahead of time you get 10% off. Cheers! Marius

Great way to explore the lakefront - If you’re in reasonable good shape this is a awesome way to explore the lakefront area!! The bike path is wonderful because it’s flat and long. We ended up doing about 30 miles round trip which included exploring millennial park, soldier field, planetarium etc.. in the grand scheme of things this is incredibly cheap entertainment. We chose the full day because it was only $5 more than the four hour rental and glad we did. The bikes were fine and the zippered pouch on each bike is a great feature. Locks were provided at no additional charge .. check in check out was very smooth.. pleasant staff and just an overall great experience.

Bike rentals made easy. - They were great! It was a little hard to find but once we did everything was quick and efficient. We had an issue with one bike and they quickly exchanged it for us. They provided helmets, locks and a bike trail map.

Pedal the Lakeshore Trail - Was a great way to visit sites I wanted to see. Stayed as long as I wanted, and saw things I would never have seen if I had not pedaled by them.

Monthly bike rentals - We rented 2 bikes for a month. The rates were reasonable, especially for a city like Chicago. The bikes are pretty good. They even gave us a pump and a toolkit. The people at the store were helpful. After a month, we wanted to renew the bikes for another month. It was awesome that we were able to do it over the phone.

Great time/ride - Great central location, great folks. E-bikes worked very well. It was wicked hot, but the “e” biked helped a lot!
