This tour promises not only a feast of local specialties but also an insight into the city’s food history and culture.
- This is a child-friendly tour. Children under the age of 6 are permitted to join this tour free of charge. Please inform us at the time of booking if you’ll be bringing a child under the age. Children between the ages of 6 and 11 inclusively are permitted on this tour at the adult’s rate. Please inform us at the time of booking if you’ll be bringing a child between 6 and 11 years old. - Rich was a great guide! He was very knowledgeable about each food location. This food tour was a great way to become acclimated to the city and enjoy the good eats of Chicago.

Fantastic Chicago Food Tour with Rich - I had such a great time on this food tour today! Rich was a fantastic guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and so welcoming from the start. The group was small and intimate, which made it easy to chat and enjoy the experience together.
We stopped at some amazing local spots, including Lou Malnati’s for deep-dish pizza, a classic steak sandwich place, and a fun hot dog stop. I’m vegetarian, and Rich made sure I was catered to at every stop, which I really appreciated!
The tour was a great mix of delicious food, Chicago history, and fun conversation. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a more personal and authentic food tour experience in the city!

Great Food Tour!! - We had an amazing time. Rich our guide was full of fun facts and interesting info about Chicago and the food we were trying. The food was delicious and things we probably wouldn’t have tried on our own.

Rick Knows Best - Fantastic food and very knowledgeable and friendly Rich as our guide helped make Chicago a great time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a great food experience with some local knowledge leading the way.

Fantastic food tour! - Chicago Dave was a fantastic tour guide who customized the route based on our preference to stay in a certain location. He was thoughtful regarding which restaurants to take us to while also giving us an overview of architecture and even movie scenes.
I can’t recommend his tour enough!
