Excellent non-stereotypical Chicago Food Tour - Great tour for locals to learn more about this area of Chicago and sample a lot of excellent food. Henry was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history, cultures, and foods. You can also see how he’s taken the time to cultivate a relationship with the various owners whose establishments you visit. Highly suggest as an experience gift to enjoy with your foodie-friend or partner. Make sure to pace yourself because the final restaurant is amazing.

Delectable Foods w/ Side of History - Henry who was our guide was wonderful. He was passionate and enthusiastic about the tour and everything it entails. We learned about the rich history of Devon from the church to the neighborhoods. The best part of all the walking and learning was the food we got to eat along the way! Every good spot we stopped by was exceptional from buttery and savory dishes to sweet chewy desserts. I believe my group was the first official tour but I can truly tell that it’s only gonna get better and better. I would definitely go on the tour again just for the food alone. I would recommend anyone for the tour and just the knowledge of rich history paired with delicious food is enough for me to go back again!

Excellent and Very Fun Tour - The tour guide is very passionate and informed about the area. They were enthusiastic throughout and provided a lot of useful info and context for everything. If there was a question they weren't able to answer, they looked it up. The food was very good too.

History with a side of shawarma! - This was an awesome experience to learn more about the history of Devon Ave, I feel like I got some insight into one of the lesser known areas of Chicago. It would be a great tour for locals, and all of the food stops really make the time fly by! Will definitely be visiting Devon again sometime.

New to me: A neighborhood in my backyard - Such good food. Be prepared for a walk and a lot of amazing history, stretching back millennia and finding a home in the past few decades. Really enjoyed it.
