Six of our top picks of Artisanal Local Micro Breweries in Chicago’s historic landmark area, Fulton Market, are set for exploration. Formerly known as the meatpacking district, it’s now evolving into the Chicago Brewery District.
You’ll get to delve into the magnificent and complex universe of beer crafting. We’ll all gather at the first venue, introduce ourselves and enjoy some tasty appetizers. Our special treat is Carla’s homemade guacamole and tortilla chips, and we’re also covering the first 3 artisan beers (3-5oz each).
Next, we’ll visit the remaining breweries on foot, where you can choose to order additional beers and self-serve. Feel free to stay as desired after the tour’s completion. As we navigate through this beer discovery journey, let’s discuss and share our thoughts about the various flavors and creation process. The breweries are all conveniently located within a walkable distance.
