Inside and out - a brilliant tour. - The Art Deco your is an amazing trip - we had a really good tour and whilst all of these tours do seem to tell similar stories, each one also has a slight twist that puts everything in perspective. Charles was brilliant, super informative and really interested, it was also really cool going into so any buildings = thanks, the tours we did with CAC helped make our trip really special.

See the Art Deco buildings of Chicago close-up - This is an excellent walking tour of the most beautiful Art Deco buildings in the loop and offers the opportunity to enter many buildings to examine the interior features. On our tour, CAC docent Marcia presented the history and design of each building visited clearly and encouraged questions. Highly recommended, and don’t forget to check the exhibits at the CAC.

Best tours in Chicago - I've been on quite a few CAC tours, but this is my favorite. I went on it twice in a couple of weeks, once alone, once with family. My mother was born and raised in Chicago, in a family of architects, and she couldn't believe how much she learned on this tour. I can't seem to write a review for the CAC as a whole but you can't go wrong with any of its tours. All of the guides are volunteers, leading tours for the sheer joy of sharing Chicago's incredible architecture and the stories behind the buildings, and that enthusiasm really comes through.
