Daytime Jungle Trip - The length of the day is very long. The restaurants are "in the middle of nowhere". Nevertheless the food was good! Our guide/Deiver Pablo was quite a gentleman and knowledgable concerning most inquiries.

Highly recommended - The tour was super cute. Long van time but comfortable and with nice and punctual driver. Good food if you booked the tour with breakfast and lunch. The guide in Yaxchilán knew a lot and answered most of our questions (there foresee some cash as it is not included in the tour, but it is worth it). In addition, you feel the energy of the place, surrounded by pure nature. In Bonampak, I liked the experience a little less, because you are approached by the guides and they want to get on with you while you change vans to enter the place that is kept by the Maya. I had to demand to know the fare before to avoid bad surprises, because they want to give you the visit first and then see the price. Despite that, the guide was also super friendly and knew many things. Too bad we weren't in Bonampak any longer, it was a bit of a rush. I recommend this tour.

Great jungle/temple experience with one special guide who made the Mayan world imaginable! - We had a great day on April 24, 2025. The drive is long but was interrupted by a nice breakfast. Then continue to Yaxcilan with a nice boat trip. We had a very good guide, (spoke well english ) who told us a lot of fascinating things about the mayas and Yacxzilan. Beautiful place! HhBeautiful nature and temples. Then n fine lunch and on to Bonampak. Again a great place and seen so much beauty!! What A special experience this excursion is. A lot of driving but you get one very special unforgettable experience in return

One-of-kind experience in Chiapas! - Everyone involved in this package tour were patient people with extremely positive outlooks- that includes the other members of the tour! Which, obviously, made for an optimal Chiapas experience!

One of the best things to do in Mexico - It was one of the most interesting experience during our trip to mexico. Nit only for the Mayan ruins, but also for the nature, the monkeys, travelling between mexico and Guatemala, the different communities you pass through on the way. Basically everything! Highly recommended. Xol, the guide is very experienced with deep knowledge, very friendly as well. Top!

Overall 150 US $ for this... - Overall 150 US $ for this tour is overpriced. The place is beautiful but I booked the one which also had a guided tour and learnt very little, as a matter of fact the tour guide barely spoke to us about the temples. I think the place is worth it but if you can find a way to gets you there for cheaper than it’s worth it. 80$ is a reasonable price.

Amazing sites… but no guide included - While this experience got me where I wanted to go and provided ample opportunities to eat and use the restroom, the description is a little misleading. There is no guide provided (in English or Spanish) for either of the archeological sites. At each site, a guide could be hired for an additional cost (the local guide at Yaxchilan quoted a cost of 200 pesos for our group of 5). Also, be aware if you do not speak Spanish that the driver does not speak English. There is limited to no cell signal for the majority of the day so google translate will only take you so far if you don’t speak Spanish. Keeping these things in mind, these sites are difficult to access and worth making the trip to see.

Over priced - This tour is over price, you can find the same tour for half price and this tour doesn't include the tourist guide you have to pay for them.

An UNFORGETTABLE experience: judge for yourself. - What a challenge! Decide for yourself if you want to do this tour. Visiting the maya sites is GREAT and BREATHTAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL. Getting there is a true "scary" experience. The road to it is on one of the most dangerous roads in Mexico (the 199). The ride was just frightening. Both the driver's way of driving, overtaking where it really couldn't be done (like for a hill) and driving ridiculously fast as well as the road itself, with potholes, roadblocks and unexpected moments. The text of the tour, accompanied by an ENGLISH-speaking guide, also states: We have NOT seen it!!! I felt totally out of place and out of place on this tour. We have filed this complaint with Tripadvisor, but they do not take the complaint seriously and do nothing with it, no compensation for the fact that we have had to pay a guide on site and no adjustments or actions taken to prevent this from happening again and no excuses. On the day itself we met a very sweet American, who was part of our group. He has translated for us and guided us. Thanks to him we are finally a little reassured and we were able to enjoy the boat trip and the Maya sites. Yaxchilan was magnificent, both the ruins and the animals that live there. We have arranged a guide on site who could do some English and showed us around with great pleasure. Bonampak was also beautiful, but the experience was overshadowed by the amount of mosquitoes. Unprecedented number, unarmable, they are very aggressive, there are 20 on your back at the same time, so prepare yourself well for this: Long clothes (but they stick right through the clothes), pre-smear with mosquito-resistant stuff and a cloth to beat them off. It was an UNFORGETTABLE experience for us: both beautiful and never again!
