  Explore Wat Umong, a unique temple nestled in the forest, distinct from typical temples as it is constructed within a tunnel. Venture into the tunnels of Wat Umong to witness the remarkable Buddha images. Regardless of your faith, the tunnel whispers the secrets of the world and the ancient history of this temple, established in 1297.
• Wat Phra That Doi Suthep - Ascend a staircase of 306 steps to reach the Doi Suthep temple.
  The staircase is beautifully adorned with the mythical dragon-headed serpent, or Naga, winding its way down the 306 steps.
  This is undoubtedly the most enchanting way to approach the temple, but a funicular railway is available for those who prefer a steadier ascent.
  Upon reaching the summit, admire the Lanna-style golden pagoda, covered with engraved gold plates, surrounded by four decorative umbrellas, and enjoy a stunning night view of the city from the mountain.
