Chenonceaux/Chambord - Great trip—our guide was punctual, efficient, and informative. The chateaux are, of course, magnificent and well-worth the trip. Would definitely recommend this to friends.

Wonderful and well worth it. - Our guide was extremely kind, warm, and patient with our group of 8. She was effective and organized. I would highly recommend this small group tour, it sure beats a large group tour on a big bus. We got to see more.

A nice tour of two beautiful castles - It’s a great way to see the beauty of the Loire Valley and learn some history of two famous castles there. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable. We stopped for lunch in a very pretty village where we had the best quiche ever!

Beautiful castles with a wonderful guide - A group of college girlfriends and I took this tour while in the Loire Valley and had a fabulous time. The castles were beautiful and Ilia was the best tour guide. Very informative and personable and he made our experience a memorable one. Would absolutely recommend this tour. Even on a rainy, dreary day we had a fantastic time.

Fun experience to well known Loire Valley Chateau - Good day-trip to 2 well known chateaus in Loire Valley. The activities were quite packed. The tour guide had done a great job explaining and quite entertaining. It would be even better if the tours were lengthened.

DESLUMBRANT - The one-day excursion was excellent. The guide knows a lot about the history of the castles. We visited 2 castles. Upon arrival at the castles the guide introduced a bit of history and then we got some free time to see other parts of the castles. The lunch was peaceful with the free choice of each.

Small group and guide worth it. - Both chateaux are magnificent and you'll see enough but not have time for all rooms and outbuildings etc. We enjoyed the day and Ilya, our guide was interesting, very informative and a good host for the day.

A full day - Our male guide was great - prompt, friendly and amusing. His knowledge of the chateaux was pitched at the right level and kept it fun. The chateaux were fantastic and well worth visiting. I had my own car with me but was glad of someone else doing the driving (2.5 hours in total).

Wasted money and time - Customer service wouldn't reply to messages (to be fair I was texting their number since it was a French number and I couldn't call it from my phone directly). When I did eventually get a hold of them they canceled my trip without my permission (I'm still shocked at this) I did ask to cancel and refund, instead they canceled my trip and refused the refund. They didn't even tell me on the call that they were canceling my trip, I didn't know until I opened my email the morning of the trip and saw that they emailed me saying they had canceled it . And they still charged me. When I connected Ophorus they suggested I contact Viator for a refund, when I contacted Viator they suggested I contact Ophorus. The end result was I paid a lot of money for a tour I never got to take. I will never book a tour with either company again.
