- Giant Panda Breeding Research Base (Xiongmao Jidi) - At 8:00 am, the private tour guide will pick you up from your Chengdu downtown hotel lobby, have a private air-conditioned transfer to visit Chengdu Giant Panda Research and Breeding Center, also known as Panda Base, is home to nearly 50 giant pandas and red pandas.
As both adult and baby Pandas are at their most active during feeding time in the morning, there you will see lovely giant pandas eating and playing with each other, and you may also have a chance to see the very cute baby pandas.
