The peak of professionalism and tour competency. - The whole experience, from the booking through the actual tour was an excellent. Lilly provided clear communication leading up to the tour date which eliminated any questions or concerns. On the day of the tour, Molly, our tour guide, did an excellent job. She knew the location well and was able to provide interesting facts as we progressed through our day. This is a first rate, highly professional team.

Best tour in Chengdu - The tour guide Cassie was the best tour guide I have met. She explained the rich history behind the sites very well and my son was captivated by the intriguing stories. The driver was also very nice and helpful. Overall it felt like traveling with good friends instead of with a company. I would recommend this tour company to everyone.

Excellent - Our guide, Lucy, was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Lucy was very flexible with the itinerary and customised it according to our requests. Lucy also shared with us many tips and popular eateries we can consider in Chengdu. Separately, the booking process was simple and Lily, the sales representative was responsive and informative. Highly recommend! Suitable for all types of travellers, family with elderly, family with young children, couple or even solo.

Great experience - We booked with WestChinagGo a daily tour for "Panda Feeding+Dujiangyan Irrigation System". Everything was perfectly organized (thanks to Lily support) and our tour guide (Terry) was very helpful. He gave us a lot of recommendations to enjoy our time in Chengdu. His english is perfect! If you love panda the feeding experience is highly recommended, you will see one panda very close! even if for two minutes... and the irrigation system is pretty unique in the world and the location is very nice. We went in summertime and even if it was very crowded, we love the experience.

Superb insights, highly recommend! - Outstanding day with Bella (Su) being guided to volunteer with pandas and on a mountain walk. Bella has an enormous wealth of knowledge to share, is immensely helpful with all our endless questions and very adaptive to the groups needs as the day went along. Really enjoyed meeting Bella and would very highly recommend - she went above and beyond!

Unconditionally recommended! - Lily did a great job of not only planning my private tour but rescheduling it a day early after Air Canada decided to move my flight up by 12 hours at the last minute -- and arranged a panda volunteer program to boot (a must do these days, it's the closest you can still get to the pandas). Sharlene my guide was cheerfully, friendly and knowledgeable -- plus called around to find out details on museum visits I'd planned for after the tour finished to boot. Excellent service all around from early morning airport pickup to evening dropoff, would recommend unconditionally for your Chengdu visit!

Amazing day with incredible guide - Our guide, Flora, was just incredible. Her English skills are excellent and her knowledge of the areas we visited was outstanding. Climbing the mountain to see the birthplace of Daoism as an experience of a lifetime. We took a short boat ride across a cute little lake and then a cable car ride and then a walk. We were so lucky with the weather and when we got to the top the view was amazing. There was a sense of peace and natural beauty just by being on the mountain. I can't recommend Flora highly enough.

Thrill to the magic of the world's cutest pandas~~ - After seeing Xi'an, We came to Chengdu. With my last minute planning, I arranged through recommendation seen on TripAdvisor a private day tour to Dujianyan Panda Base and Dujianyan irrigation system. Lily, an organizer of the company, is an expert in the local area. First, she waived our admission fees to the Panda base once she knew that we are Hong Kong citizens (we didn't even know we could get in for free). Secondly, she managed to get my 8y/o daughter to join the volunteer program which the park doesn't allow kids under 12 to participate. What a fantastic well-planned arrangement before our trip has even begun. It already has exceeded any and all expectations. We met our guide Ruby at 7am early in the morning. When outside was still gloomy and dark, she greeted us with a bright smile which swept our coldness and sleepiness away. She is an expert on everything around and involving Chengdu, very knowledgeable and especially passionate about pandas like nobody we've met before. In the park, we took an electric cart to the top of the hill and strolled down. The grounds of the panda park are well kept, peaceful and tranquil. The air is refreshed with a zen smell of bamboo trees everywhere. We saw different pandas, and they all had different eating and sleeping habits. Some liked to eat the stems of the bamboo, and some prefer leaves. We saw one who kept tearing the leaves to accumulate enough leaves in his mouth, took them all out , rolled them into a roll, and ate it. What a bamboo connoisseur! Ruby felt like a family member and did everything to make our trip special. We chatted nonstop for 2 hours on our return trip. Time flew when you're talking with someone that's so passionate about her job, and knows so much about the locals. Our visit to the Panda center is a great experience, but our encounter with these two charming ladies, Lily and Ruby, is even a better delight. We can't be happier for our panda visit on X'mas day 2018!

A great day out to Panda reserve and Duijangyan - Our guide Shelley was on time to pick us up, and has been enthusiastic throughout the day, sharing her knowledge on Chengdu and various aspects of daily life. She spent time walking us through the areas of interest during the visits and pointed out to us many things of interest. Our driver Mr. Wu is also very pleasant, having to negotiate a few traffic jams, and made the day's journey easier. A delicious lunch as well together.. thank you for a great day out!

Good tour away from the city - I booked this for my parents and they enjoyed the tour. They were lucky with good weather and the tour guide brought them to a highly rated restaurant for lunch. The car was comfortable and spacious.
