Great experience - I love these classes and I will be back next year when I visit Morocco again. The Chef is exceptional, she answered all my questions. Explaining things like what a 1/2 tea cup in liquid measurement equals. Her directions were very clear and I will be duplicating these recipes when I get back home

Fun, informative and Authentic - We enjoyed going to the market to buy ingredients for the tagine. The host and his wife were warm and welcoming and we loved being in their home. We enjoyed learning how to cook tagine and we will be trying it at home when we get back. Thank you so much for the wonderful experiences.
