Anne of Green Gables Plus Fun - Our tour guide, Dave, made this the best experience ever. He was knowledgeable, fun and hands down the best guide ever. Loved it!

Great guide, small group experience and worthwhile tour - Although the tour guide was a newcomer, she provided an excellent tour with her enthusiasm and knowledge of the area. We also liked her flexibility in adapting to the groups needs and wishes, by not spending time at undesired locations and adding some additional but interesting areas. As expected, the Anne of Green Gables House was packed with tourists and nothing special for us, but the drive through the countryside and along the coast made out visit worthwhile.

Cavendish and Anne of Green Gables - The island beautiful. We were here October 15th, and the leaves had not started turning yet. We learned a lot about their oyster and lobster industry.

Great visit in PEI - This was a great excursion if you have one day in Charlottetown and want to see the highlights of PEI. Lynda was our tour guide, and she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, and personable.

Very Knowledgeable Tour Guide - We were on a cruise stopping for the day and like to book, small group independent tours when possible. This was a very good excursion if you have one day in Charlottetown and want to see the highlights of PEI. It is a lot of driving but the countryside is very picturesque. One of the stops was the Green Gables house and it was interesting to hear the history (my wife read her books and knew the story already). Overall, we covered a lot of ground in the day.

ok, not great - This excursion was ok but unfortunately the guide didnt use a microphone to project her voice. As a result, the couple in the back row didnt hear a word the entire trip . We were in the middle row of the van and had a hard time hearing. The fellow who sat in the front seat had several conversations with the guide/driver which nobody could hear. The guide was very nice but not being able to hear diminished the experience.

A ride around PEI - Good experience for those without a car.
Provided transportation to Anne of Green Gable site, Dalvay beach, and overlook of red cliffs.
Did not provide much information about history and culture of the island.
If you have a car, no advantage to this tour.

Trip Advisor SeeSight Tours cancelled and ruined our trip - After getting there at 1 pm, we waited until 1:15 and called seesight tours. They said wait for them to call back. 3 other couples from our cruise ship also waited and was invited into the van. We asked about us, and Dave said he did not have our names. Another van pulled up and loaded another 6 people, again, our name not included. They left and after 1:30, we got a call from seesight saying no driver available. Although a van was parked at the tour office. We tried to make other arrangements (we booked this 3 months ago) and we’re unable to get an alternate booking. They ruined our day at Prince Edward Island
