A great day outside the city! - A lovely way to spend a day out of the city, without the need for a car. Great fun experiences visiting the tea garden and vineyard. Leanne was a great host for the day trip, and a lovely way to meet other travellers. Beautiful scenery and fun experiences- definitely recommend.

Great day in the low country - Leisurely pace. Learning about the tea plantation was the most enjoyable part. Winery is only marginal, so don’t do it just for the wine tasting. Angel tree was an awesome thing to see. Leann was a fabulous host and tour guide.

Excellent! Thoroughly enjoyable. - We loved this tour. It’s nice to travel through the low country outside the city. The tea plantation was a novel experience, and very informative. Nice to try the different teas and the trolley tour was fun. Highlight for us though was the wine tasting at the Deep Water vineyard. Again very novel as they also produce mead. My wife is not a wine drinker whereas I am and it was nice for her to sample the meads. I thought the quality and flavours of some of the wines was exceptional. To finish off the tour we visited a 500 year old oak - quite a sight. Our guide Leanne was great, very informative and organised. She provided plenty of freebies as well! In all a very enjoyable experience!

Wine and tea tasting with Southern charm - The wine tasting and visit to the tea plantation were a lot of fun. Our guide was so much fun and made sure the guests enjoyed the trip. Most of the guides on these types of tours do their best to ensure guests enjoy the experience, but there was a certain Southern charm that made this tour just a bit more special. I highly recommend this trip for those visiting the Charleston area.

Low-key and fun. - If you’ve been hitting all the busy tourist spots in Charleston, this is a nice change of pace. We especially appreciated not having to drive ourselves back after the wine tasting)))
