All locations may or may not be part of your full investigation. Different routes are up to the discretion of your lead investigator and/or changing paranormal activity detected by devices used.

Additional Information
Participate in a small-group paranormal investigation, capped at twelve participants, using our specialized equipment.
This isn’t just a ghostly anecdote tour, it’s a hands-on approach to understanding Charleston’s past by actively participating in the narration.
During the investigation, you’ll gain the opportunity to collect evidence of supernatural activities, dive into Charleston’s past, and later acquire all data gathered by the other investigators. This evidence encompasses video records, audio files, images, and screenshots that corroborate supernatural sightings.
Your investigation will also feature an Estes Method session, an innovative and intriguing aspect of ghost hunting.
When reserving your place, make sure to include a cell phone number that can receive text messages.
All participants will get a text on the morning of their investigation with details about the meeting spot and parking instructions.
Through this number, they will also receive all the evidence/data gathered during the investigation (provided the following day).

Very unique and memorable experience! - Awesome experience! Nick was very knowledgeable about ghost hunting and the equipment we got to use and made it a memorable experience! We will definitely be doing this again for our next trip.

Technically side of ghost hunting! Very cool! - Great experience! Nick was awesome! Enjoyed using all the equipment and seeing how it all works. Lots of history. More technical than scary. I think those who gave a poor review didn't really know what they were signing up for. We loved it! And would definitely go again!

So fun! - We had a great time and Nick made sure of it! He wasn’t corny or standoffish, he was knowledgeable and friendly and kept us engaged. The equipment was so cool to use and our favorite part was the last site but I won’t spoil it for anyone! Highly, highly recommend his tour for anyone who loves the paranormal.

Ghost Adventuring in Charleston - My husband and i were so looking forward to this and it didnt disappoint! Nick was an amazing lead investigator who is very knowledgeable about the haunted history of Charleston. He communicated with us throughout the day before we arrived and we could message him as well with any questions/concerns. Our favorite was using the paranormal devices! Thats been something we have wanted to do for a while! This tour needs to be on your ‘to do’ list when coming to Charleston!

Nick was a fantastic... - Nick was a fantastic guide. We didn’t get a great amount of data but it was a fun experience! I loved being able to use the equipment. This is definitely not your ordinary ghost tour.

Great Time! - Nick was a great guide and host! He taught us about the equipment he uses and shared some great history and stories of the area. We had a group of 10 (8 of us were friends), and we were all assigned jobs (equipment) to help hunt ghosts and spirits. Some nights tours may be more active than others and Nick is very transparent with that. It was very cool and interesting to see and experience his interactions as well as ours in the group and how those interactions with his devices pertain to the stories and history. The tour is family friendly. We had 4 young teenagers in the group, and we had a great time. Thank you Nick!

An intriguing evening!!! - We enjoyed Nick’s enthusiasm and expertise. Each of us got to try out a different piece of equipment and that was engaging and interactive. We explored multiple outdoor locations and felt much more educated about spirits and the art of “ghost hunting”. A unique experience to be sure, and well worth the extra money to be in a small group and for the more personal attention. So cool!

Fun and Exciting - Nick was awesome and full of good information. He had a lot of equipment that was fun to use and made us feel like we were doing our very own paranormal investigation. I will book with him again my next visit to Charleston.
