Philip was a spectacular tour guide! His knowledge of Charleston history, & food enthusiasm was great. We did anticipate better food choices. EX: quality seafood. The jambalaya rice dish on the tour was disappointing. The she-crab soup was good but it was cold, the jambalaya was cold & boring & majority of group did not eat it. The BBQ was good but it was cold making it seem old. There were only 8 people on our tour, I felt like the food could have been hot. Been on other tours & quality was better.
