Engaging tour and great tour guide! - Lisa was a great tour guide! She led us and one other couple on a thorough and interesting two-hour tour of historic Charleston. Lisa was incredibly knowledgeable and had lots of stories to share. We took the tour on our first morning in Charleston, and it was a great overview to figure out how we wanted to spend the remainder of our time. At the end of the tour, Lisa shared plenty of additional recommendations based on our interests.

A journey into history - What an experience. Fran had so much information about Charleston, it was amazing! The town is exquisite to begin with but add Fran’s knowledge and this tour cannot be beat! I highly recommend this journey into historical Charleston!

Perfect Introduction to Charleston! - This tour was a fantastic introduction to Charleston! Our guide, Diane Rice, was so knowledgeable and clearly loves the city. She told wonderful, funny stories and, as we are from Philadelphia, made sure to point out the historical ties between Charleston and Philadelphia…very cool! Highly recommend this walking tour!

When The Tour is Good, but You Were Left Wanting - The eponymous Nancy was my tour guide on this walking tour. She had great insight and knowledge of the area. The tour was easy, and we were able to see a large section of the area within the original walls of South Carolina. I gave this tour 4-stars BECAUSE the description noted we were supposed to see the battery and Fort Sumter (from afar), but those were never mentioned, and we did not see them.
