Unique tour that is a must experience! - This is a fabulous tour. Getting to see the 'darker side' of Charleston with a great storyteller in Jack Kelly. He kept our group entertained and we learned so much that we are curious about exploring these stories even more!
Highly recommended since it's fascinating and lasts 90 minutes which is just perfect.
Not the usual and that's what made it so wonderful!

Great way to learn about Charleston’s ne’er-do-well past - Dave was an excellent storyteller! I learned a lot.I don’t know why people are so hung up on ghosts when the actual history is so fascinating.

I would definitely tell anybody to take this tour if you’re interested in the less noted episodes in Charleston history - The talk about the prostitutes, and the dueling were very interesting and contains a lot of facts. We were not aware of. It was very well done.

Learning while having fun - Our guide was great. Knowledgeable, friendly and answered all the questions that we had. We had such a great time and learned a lot. We are still talking about what we learned during the tour.

Great tour - Zack, our guide, did a wonderful job. He made the tour so interesting, great stories. We learned so much about the seedier side of Charleston. Highly recommend. You’ll have a greater appreciation of life in early Charleston

Interesting History of Charleston - Our guide, Bruce, was very knowledgeable and told great stories. We did struggle to keep up with the group - my wife had an injured leg. Overall, very good tour.

I would like to recommend... - I would like to recommend the tour but I didn’t get to experience it. I thought that I had signed up for a 10 pm tour. But I missed the call saying they were departing on the 8 pm tour. I asked them if I could switch to the 10 pm and they said it was cancelled. I am asking if I can get a refund because Wednesday was the only evening we were available.

Not a crime tour - Want a tour about murderers/gangsters. Then this is not your tour. The only stories told were about prostitutes. The tour guide was great but not a variety of crime stories. Only prostitutes and brothels.
