Sometimes, with the larger tour companies, it’s uncertain who your guide will be. But, rest assured, when you reserve this tour, I will be your guide ensuring that you’ll receive a captivating and certified guide service in Charleston.
Moreover, while other tours in Charleston facilitate up to 20 participants, I limit my tours to 14-15 individuals. This smaller group approach results in a more personalized and distinctive experience for my guests.

Adam was great! - Adam did a great job telling the history behind the ghost stories. Loved touring with a smaller group. Would recommend Adam to friends and family that visit Charleston.

Engaging and informative host! - This was my second ghost tour with Adam. I went last year with friends and brought family back this year. He is a very engaging guide and knows his history! He was very informative, and the 90 minutes flew by. We loved the photos!

Ghost, history, cat - We loved our tour with Adam. The stories he shared were full of history. Loved that he shared photos with us. We enjoyed talking with him after the tour about his personal experience. I was able to take my own photo that we now question a ghost appearance.

5 stars isn't enough! - If you don't take this tour you'll be missing out! Our small group made it easier to maneuver the walk and not interfere nor interrupt other tours, and no time was wasted to herd us all in to hear. Adam selected great locations, adding a truly engaging mix of history and not well-known facts, mixed with ghost stories, pictures, and a couple of personal stories from colleagues and patrons. Never felt hoaky at all (my husband is a huge critic). We walked away with a depth of Charleston's twisted history and didn't want it to end after the 90 minutes! Whether you believe in ghosts, spirits, "energy," or you are a true skeptic, you'll walk away having enjoyed your time. Our family LOVED the experience and we highly recommend it for all ages. Thank you Adam!
