The Carolina Queen is 3 decks with open seating on all 3 and the buffet is set up on the lower deck in the Main Salon. There are dining tables readily available. The band is set up on the mid deck with plenty of room for dancing. Gary Erwin (aka Shrimp City Slim) is a keyboard player/singer/songwriter based in Charleston, SC. This year, 2018, he is celebrating thirty one years as a full-time professional musician. Shrimp City Slim has released 8 CDs to date and plays throughout the Southeast and overseas. - The Charleston Princess is not ADA compliant, however, we are able to accommodate guests with wheelchairs for the most part. Entrance to the boat is via a 30-foot ramp, which varies in steepness depending on the tide. Once aboard, there is not an elevator to reach the salon where dinner is served and the restrooms are located.
