Highlights
- Splantzia Square - Splatzia was a traditional Turkish neighborhood. Here you’ll see old minaret that reminds of the old times. However, now it’s a very vivid part of the city with lots of modern restaurants and a real melting pot of cultures.
- Old Venetian Port of Chania - Old Port or Topanas is a place where only aristocrats lived. Narrow avenues and Venetian buildings make this place just perfect for a romantic stroll or a photo shoot. Don’t forget to look up, balconies here are state-of-the-art!
- Tampakariá - And now to a less fashionable part of the city. We go to Tabakaria. It’s very different from the rest of town. It used to be an industrial center where workers would do leather manufacturing. Unfortunately, it was almost completely abandoned and now there are only a few factories left, but they are worth a visit!
- Chania Old Town - We’ll finish our tour at lively street. Lots of entertainment here! Live music, restaurants, and nightlife…

Late Afternoon Stroll

Journey through the forsaken district of Chania’s tanneries and previously known red-light district, situated close to the sea.
Appreciate capturing the evocative sunsets as you converse about photographic approaches.

Conclude your adventure with a local brew by the seafront promenade while the sun retreats over the old town.
