  • Trichada The Cookery Home - Begin by being greeted at your Chiang Mai accommodation by your local guide, and then meet your fellow foodies. For a more personal experience, the group size is limited to four people. Visit a local market and buy the necessary ingredients and discover how locals are buying and preparing their food. The tour at the market is not only the opportunity to buy a few supplies for the cooking class, but you’ll also learn a lot about Thai culinary traditions feel free to ask any question as the tour will be customized for you.

Once you’re done, head to the classroom and prepare your individual cooking stations for the lesson. With a small group and a professional chef, you’ll have plenty of time to ask questions about unfamiliar foods, ingredients, and how to eat some of Thailand’s more exotic dishes as well as learn about the role of certain dishes in Thai culture.
