  • Doi Inthanon - Take a trip into nature along some of Thailand’s most beautiful trails and mountain paths. Look out over the kingdom from the highest point in Thailand atop Doi Inthanon, Chiang Mai. On the way up we will visit Wachiritharn Waterfalls, The King and Queen Chedi’s, (the best views across the park are found here), and then on to the peak of Doi Inthanon the highest mountain in Thailand. Near the top, we will take the Ang Ka Nature Trail.

There is a 1.3 kilometer lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Mae Chaem that features beautiful wildflowers and is good for all skill levels. Flower power! - This is a full day tour that takes in a local Thai village, stunning Waterfall, forrest and the National Park with a freshly cooked lunch in a local village and a stop at a local food market on the way back. It's a long but rewarding day in a AC minibus with chatty & knowledgeable guides, with so much to see but this ace in the pack really is the Royal monuments & gardens in the National Park. They are absolutely stunning, with floral displays that would overshadow the Chelsea Flower Show ! Plenty of time is also allowed at each location. A really well organised, fun, informative and memorable day.

Doi Inthanon best tour - I made the right choice by choosing the tour to Doi Inthanon, the highest peak in Thailand👍 The tour guide was very easy to understand, always smiling, and took photos of everyone. We enjoyed the weather and the scenery in the great outdoors. At the Arabica coffee bean store, I bought an aroma candle in a cute tin for 60B This was cheaper than at the night bazaar, and I wish I had bought more. The packaging of the coffee beans was also very nice. It was a very memorable experience.

A drive around Doi Inthanon. - Enjoyable day trip, covering the royal project, waterfalls, highest point, coffee plantation, market and lunch. Covered a lot of ground so a fair bit of driving, but never felt rushed. The guide Csoo/Choo (spelling?) was funny and informative. This trip was about 30% cheaper than other apparantly similar tours, not sure why but don't think any more could have been squeezed into the day.

Good tour - The tour to the first waterfall and pagoda’s were breathtaking! The actual highest point in Doi inthanon could have been skipped. Bring extra cash for the market….the wine is excellent! Lunch was ok and the visit to the white Karen village was educational. I overall enjoyed my tour guide Nami. She is very knowledgeable!

We escaped the heat and enjoyed lots of nature. - We stopped at a waterfall on the way to Doi Inthanon, took a 10-minute walk at the top of the mountain, visited two pagodas with beautiful gardens, and even had lunch, so it was worth the price. It was a great way to escape the heat and refresh in nature. However, it was a bit disappointing that you can easily get to the top by car. If you are interested in mountains, I recommend joining a tour that also includes hiking.

2 water falls, national park and king and queen pagodas, village of Karen tribe - The views are amazing and it is worth for refreshing yourself with the nature. The weather up to the hill will make you feel cold in the start of summer in Thailand.
