Night Safari - Kids will enjoy the experience, less variety of animals post COVID, nice views of you visit during sun down

Entertaining - The Safari shows were entertaining. The establishment was organized. Was late for tiger show related to traffic. Felt rushed from one show to the next.

Nice small tour - Great for young children. You get to ride in a trolley and see the animals. It isn't large so the little ones (and the grownups) won't get too tired. Unless you have an amazing camera for night shots don't bother dragging it around.

Wouldn't do it again - Our guide was on a zoom call the whole time. Not sure the safari was the most ethical in their treatment of their animals (big cats specifically)

Avoid. Save your money. Organise yourself. - Tour company told me to get to my lobby 15minutes prior to pickup. I arrived at 4:45pm for a 5pm pick up as I was advised. I phoned up at 5:20pm to speak to the tour company to enquire about my pick up and they were very rude and hostile with no apology. They arrived at 5:24pm. Still no apology. On arrival at the zoo they say see you at 8:30-9:00pm and leave. They give you a ticket to the zoo which costs 800 baht. I only had time to see the shows. I did not have any time to see the zoo or to go to the toilet or eat dinner. The shows take up the entire duration before you need to be picked up. There is no point getting this tour. For a third of the price you can take a taxi buy a ticket and pay the taxi driver to wait and then pay him to take you back to the hotel and see everything without being rushed. Taxi to the safari would cost at most about 250 baht and another 500 baht if you want the same taxi to wait 3 hours for you and another 250 to return to your hotel. For when you are at the tram at the Zoo, always opt for the Thai line. Even if you don’t speak any Thai. There are two lines Thai and English. They serve no purpose other than racial segregation. Thai people get the front seats (the best seats) and the English line go to the back of the tram. At the back you don’t see all the animals for when the driver stops. There is only one “guide” on the tram who speaks Thai and English through the speakers on the tram. Everyone on the tram despite where they are hears the exact same spiel in both languages. In the English section I was with lots of Mainland Chinese tourists. For the second tram I went in the Thai line and had a significantly better experience sitting with the Thai tourists and saw better views. On the way back to the hotel we stopped for petrol despite the fact they had 2 hours to fill up the tank. I want to stress -They don’t go inside with you. -They simply just drive you from the hotel to the safari and buy the 800 baht ticket for you. The exact same ticket you can buy in person with no line with staff that speak better English than the tour company staff. -if this tour was a third or even half the price it would be ok. But I feel ripped off paying for the tour when I didn’t even have time to look at the zoo, go to the toilet or eat it was just rushing from show to show. -Besides the racial segregation at the Safari tram line the safari itself is decent. I enjoyed the Tiger Show. The staff are friendly and helpful at the Zoo. I am someone who booked 15 different day trips on this site with different tour companies for my entire Thailand trip in advance so I didn’t have to worry about anything and have it all planned. This is the first one that left a bad taste in my mouth.
