Very medium - 3rd and last time for me because the quality of the park declines enormously over the years. The - : - excessive tariffs - endless expectations even in "low" times There are queues for everything, even to eat or go to the toilet... in the long run it becomes very heavy. -All shops are similar. 60 shops that offer all the same things at prohibitive rates. – Staff who barely speak French... it is swelling to struggle to make themselves understood at home. -No longer any characters in the streets but "spots" with still endless queues to see them. Too many attractions down - Works that eat half of all places in the park and offer us magnificent giant walls everywhere. Restaurants are very average. Almost all burgers everywhere. -The security department is bogus and overwhelmed At this rate we are entitled to expect that all these inconveniences are avoided. The +: -The park is very clean -The studio is nice - The staff are friendly despite their inability to understand French -the scenery is very beautiful Balance sheet this remains too much expense for so few Positive points. Weekend at 1000 euros for 2 without fast pass

Very disappointed with some staff - We are very disappointed with our two-day stay at Disneyland Paris Park. Too much waiting time for everything (attraction, eating, shows, toilets). The staff is pleasant only when asked the way otherwise they are absolutely not helpful. My 5-year-old son had a footache on the second day (29/12/2024), so I rented a stroller. I was asked to leave it on its side on its way to the Lion King show although it had difficulty walking, so I had to carry it (it weighs 25 kg) on the way to the theater to see that there were strollers parked right in front of the theater. Then why did you forbid me to take mine? This is abuse of authority and a flagrant lack of compassion. The same day, we wanted to go to the hyperion restaurant for lunch. I tell the child to go and sit down, as my son has a footache, for the time that commands. The staff has forbidden them access to a table because we can only sit once in possession of our order, not before. I tell them that my son has a footache and can’t stand for long. Nothing does, I’m told he can sit on the floor in line. Then the children had to go to the bathroom, they were forbidden access. It ended our second day at Disney. We went out of the park and before summer to eat and spent the afternoon outside. This treatment of clients and children is inhumane, unacceptable.

Not what it was anymore - We went back to Disney with my daughter after 20 years because it was her illusion. There are no longer those horseback rides by day, those characters that went by bus throughout the park or you would find them continuously in any area. If you are going with children I advise you to hire food with characters so that they remember that they have been to Disney and not to any theme park. Before everything was magic, now the employees of the park are generally very arisque and unsympathetic. The topic of food has not changed, I don't know how they allow so much junk food yet. Queues are endless for attractions lasting 1 minute. I'll take Peter bread, the lion king musical... and little else. We enjoyed it as a family but for other reasons. At the hotel New port highlight the friendliness of the Reception staff. The right breakfast only and the room furniture deteriorated and the bathroom outdated. The carpet full of mites (because of my daughter’s allergy) that we thought of was healed. Despite being geographically located where it is, the park has few resources for rainy days. I’ve seen more children cry than in my health center vaccination practice, more desperate parents than I could imagine and when we’ve crossed paths with a character (who went to a hotel restaurant) they were more secure than Pedro Sánchez in Paiporta... and the children and their parents have been left wanting. Bottom line: it’s worth it only if it’s your first time and you can’t compare to what it’s been before.

No more magic. Hello, disappointment. - Day 1: after almost 4 hours drive, we arrive at the hotel "New port ". We're going to the front porch. A guard asks us to open the safe.. (normal. Security measures require). We put ourselves in the line of vehicles, to access the parking of the hotel. It's ten o'clock. Casts are working near the drivers. We are advised that the hotel s parking is complete and that we must go to the parking lot of the park. It's 10:15. Toll-worthy lines follow on August 15. Around 11:00, our car is parked. Around 11:15, we present ourselves at the entrance of the park. Go away again... We are not presented at one attraction and have already queued three times! We're heading to Big Thunder Mountain, my favorite attraction... We get in line (55 minutes wait announced) and very quickly we understand that there is a problem. I am talking to a cast that confirms the stoppage of the attraction...( Duration unknown....actually, it will work again at the end of the day. Knowing, that it had already broken down, two days before) The rest of the day will be at your leisure...with waiting times ranging from 50 to 120 minutes... New: the change of fleet also leads to large queues and a waste of time (not enough portals open and scanning with the phone is far from easy) Finally, one of the best moments will be the evening meal at the "Chuck wagon" (buffet with a drink for 40 euros ....but plastic cutlery) Day 2: we think that we will enjoy the hours of magic in the morning.. well no, endless lines at the entrance of the parks, because visitors who do not have access to these hours of magic in addition, fill the lines (it was not complicated to put a sign "Magic pass" on some portals, but hey...no financial interest so unnecessary) In the end, we just don't enjoy anything, besides... The day is a copy pasted from the day before. Except that we asked the hotel , to have "Magic pass" cards much more mature to pass the portals than the "GSM scan". In conclusion: the magic is dead at Disneyland (the only magic is to turn the human visitors into pigeons). On the other hand, hello stress and disappointment... No more the legendary good humor of the Cast. Some are still very kind and smiling (especially at the "New Port" hotel) , but many others have no empathy, do not even want to be kind or caring ( I imagine the working conditions have something to do with it) . Everything is paid and expensive (even a good place to see a parade). There are still some incredible attractions: Hollywood tower, Big thunder mountain, Avengers..... Excessive prices for minimum service, closed attractions, breakdown, stockades full of parks... Walt Disney must be turning in his grave... One last thing: negative reviews do not appear on Google. They are deleted..which explains this wonderful evaluation...

Weekend of 11 November 2024 - Unfortunately this has changed enormously! I went there when I was small and then taller and on the weekend of November 11, 2024. Everything became very expensive parking, basic restaurants, and souvenirs. Examples: - 20€ the Christmas ball and any other decoration. - 85€ for 5 adults with a small bottle of water and a very small pizza with a small bowl of salad. Not even cups, and forced to serve us and rid us! - Ham/cheese patty in the chalet at 7€ with half a slice of ham. - 40€ campervan parking for 1 day without emptying and without electricity (Unheard of for this price! ) It is extremely expensive it unfortunately becomes a luxury now to go there. And unfortunately I don't think I'll go back because way too expensive now a pity of good loyal lost customer. PS: No improvement and no falling prices in the coming years the park will be threatened by a lot of loss of customers and therefore closure of the park.

Nothing magical about Disneyland - Greed, greed, greed. That's is what's magical about Disneyland. From the moment you are squashed into this place it's like a vacuum. Charged for baggage, 2 small back packs 22 euro. Burger and chips 20 euros. What to buy a toy, 30 euros To que, 30 to 80 minutes and that's if you are lucky. If you want to see the show at the end you better que at 8 pm to see the show at 10 as 20000 people will block everything you can see. This place has the opportunity to bring magic but all I seen is the worst in people who are there, people seem to forget other people are there. There was simply nothing good about Disneyland Paris. It will bring out the worst in you

Never AGAIN - Just back from Disney Paris, NEVER AGAIN. It was one of the worst experiences at a theme park we ever encountered. On average 30% of the rides/attractions were closed fully and during the day another 2 to 3 rides were closed at various times. Queue times were averaging 60/90 minutes. It seemed a cynical attempt to up the sales of fast passes. Staff very French so by their nature very rude and unhelpful. The overpriced food and merchandise is expected but they have surpassed themselves with what they getting away with. It unfortunately has lost its magic. Only bright spot is the show/fireworks still very good. Look elsewhere for a better experience...

Disney Staff Making Sexist Comments ! - The worst experience ever !!! Don’t waste your money, currently on a 4 day trip with 9 guests which cost in excess of £10,000. The staff are really rude, the hotel is dated & is generally not a nice experience. Its like the staff go out of their way to it ruin your day. We stayed in the Disney Hotel Cheyenne which cost us roughly £500 per nigh, per family! its worse than a travel lodge. Thats not me having a dig at travel lodge, a travel lodge in the UK is good value for money! We ordered pizzas for lunch one day which come in the shape Micky Mouses head, one of the kids pizzas was rock hard we asked could it be changed to be told no because he'd taken one bite even though you could physically see it was burnt! The virtual booking systems to book character meet and shows is flawed, it doesn’t allow more than 6 people to book together. The rules also change daily when attending the virtual queue entrance depending on which grumpy staff member you get. We had 4 very disappointed children due to not being able to have a photo taken with spider man at a meet and greet with the parents as it’s 6 people only for some reason even though you are just getting one photo take! When we asked the staff member she shouted at us rather than listening and made sexist comments saying only mummy could go in with the kids even though she was telling the staff member that they wanted to go in with their dad !(How did the staff member know the children even had a mum, the lady in our group could have been anyone, staff shouldn’t be making these type of comments) The characters that walk around the park are badly trained, 4 kids chasing Goofey for his autograph only to be ignored and hugging adults instead, oh and it’s not a one off it happened twice. Dont even think about attempting to turn up to one of the time allocated character meetings, you get told on the Disney App to turn up at certain times in a location only to find the queue is already closed before its even opened officially. Staff are really rude, we got screamed at by a waiter in the steak house for a misunderstanding ordering a glass of wine, it was like the world had ended, he then ran off waving the menu around came back and slammed the menu on the table in front of a 70 year old woman ! Macdonalds isn’t much better constantly smells like someone had been sick constantly and the one toilet on the ground floor had poo on the wall. The food inside the parks is generally of a low standard even though you are paying premium prices. A small bottle of coke in a vending machines and food stalls is 5 euros. I wish I had read the reviews on here before booking as the rating is a true reflection of the standard of service you will receive. We noticed the American staff in the park are very friendly, I assumed being an American company that standard would be consistent but its not. The evening show in front of the Disney castle is like a battle ground, people arguing and shouting at each other, adults pushing past and standing on children. Magic hour were you can enter the park one hour early if you are staying in a Disney hotel is like the start of a marathon, people sprinting in different directions. I Definitely wouldn’t come back and will go out of my way to warn people also not to visit. Disneyland ruining what should be a fun time for 4, five year old children, thanks Disney !

Not worth the hype - The park each day was very overcrowded with poor crowd control. I witnessed arguments within crowds trying to get a view point for parades and firework display. Sad young kids were mixed up in this. The queues for rides were disgusting in many cases around an hour for a three minute experience. Rides were very short and many were quite poor in my opinion. prices were eye watering, a total rip off especially having to buy bottled water on a hot day. Some of the cast members were rude to us. I also got food poison on the last day and had a miserable trip back home. The shuttle busses from the park to hotels are very busy late at night and again I viewed people at their very worst scrambling over each other to board the bus again with infants and mothers with strollers in the mix. No security to control the crowd. I feel disgusted after our family trip, how we saved and looked forward to this for our daughter. Total disappointment.

Awful experience, would never go again - A few things happened that we witnessed like staff being rude & kicked a lady's buggy out the way because it was in his way, but the worst thing that topped it off was my daughter was choking in the breakfast hall & we was calling for help as was struggling to do the heimlich maneuver & all the response was is what do u expect us to do about it, it's against the law for us to help (which later found out it isn't, as they have same rules as us, call for emergency services if u can't personally help) & why don't u walk her to first aid which was 15mins walk away. Luckily the man on the table next to us (another customer) managed to do the heimlich maneuver & get it out so she's fine now. But in compensation to that all Disneyland Paris done was send us a Minnie notebook & pen as a sorry, disgraceful if that's all my daughters life could of been
