- The English proficiency of drivers is varied; you can be guaranteed a good English-speaking driver if the booking is made at least 3 days in advance
- Pick-up and drop-off at Phuket International Airport or Phuket Cruise Port are available for an additional charge of THB 500 if booked in advance or THB 1,000 if requested on the spot. Payment must be made in cash directly to the local operator.
- Please note that this tour only provides pickup from hotels in Phuket.

We booked a van for the... - We booked a van for the day, and the driver was quite helpful in arranging an itinerary around the island. We specified the sites we were interested in, and the driver determined the order. We got picked up at the hotel, went around Phuket in a loop, and got dropped off at the hotel. Super convenient.

Excellent - Our driver Suaradech Wannapho was amazing, fantastic driver and nothing was a bother at all, I gave him a list of places we wanted to see for the 8 hour day and he took us to all of them in his comfortable air conditioned van, fantastic well recomend him as a driver. He didnt talk much but that was okay.

Brilliant - Big budda is closed but you can still walk around the site for the view plenty to see around the rest of the island

Great value, Great price and Excellent Service - This was a perfect choice for us (6 persons). We were on a cruise and did not want to do the “herd the cattle” tours the cruise lines were selling. This is a private vehicle with a driver who spoke decent English. If you need a tour guide to explain everything to you and tell you where to go, this is not for you. Our driver Ras, met us promptly at Patong Pier, Phuket, Thailand. They have a list of places to see. Told Ras where we want to go, and left it up to him to figure the best order to go to. Requested a lunch recommendation with two requirements: seafood and air conditioning. During one of the stops he made reservations for us at this awesome restaurant by the beach. It was delicious and very comfortable due to AC. Ras is wonderful and a SUPER CAREFUL driver. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Saved $200 by not joining cruise line’s tours and we were back on the ship in plenty of time because we chose a 6 hour service duration. The van was very comfortable, strong AC and had plenty of room!!!

Tum was great! Showed us... - Tum was great! Showed us around all the places we asked and introduced us to areas we hadn’t even considered. Only regret is we didn’t book him for longer. Thank you Tum ☺️

A+ all around - Excellent vehicle and driver. Clean, modern, air conditioned and the driver was very swift and courteous. Timely. Wonderful experience, wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time we are in Thailand

Best private driver for a day tour - Tum, our driver of the day was fantastic.
Tum showed us parts of Phuket we didn’t know and fitted in spots we like to see.

ok! - Although our driver and the car were fantastic - the communication between us, the operator and the driver were poor. The driver was close to 45mins late and after several calls to the operator we finally received an answer about when the driver would arrive.
Due to the fact that you had to ask in advance about being dropped off to the airport which would incur a fee, paid in cash to the driver - we asked the operator if they could wave the fee due to the driver being late. They said yes (over the phone) but failed to inform the driver.
We were then left with the driver asking us for cash at the airport and informing us if we did not pay, he would have to pay the operator out of his own pocket. When I tried to call the operator again to clarify, they would not pick up.
I would recommend booking if you don't have anywhere to be (i.e. a flight)

Driver was late arriving.... - Driver was late arriving. I had to contact Viator and when the driver turned up, got the feeling he had only just been made aware of the job. He had no suggested itinerary. Luckily, as this was not my first time in Phuket, I was able to give some suggestions. Would have been difficult for first timers to know where to visit and how the time frame would work

Don't waste your money - Do not book this experience as the driver could not understand any english at all but was ment to be a english speaking driver the condition of the van was ok the driving was reckless and dangerous we paid for 8 hours and dropped us off after 5 hours and barely got to see half of wat we wanted to see and paid for
