It’s worth it - you’ll have a great time - We had a blast. It’s worth every penny. We chose the cenote package (cenote, tequila tasting and a quick snack) it’s so beautiful, refreshing and definitely an unique experience. Even if you aren’t comfortable swimming there are vests available. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, (and entertaining )and speak great English. I appreciate that the park cares about its environment. I would definitely do it again and recommend it to my friends.

Great people, fun times, and beautiful cenotes - So much fun! H was knowledgeable, funny, and kind. I also enjoyed the tasting with Diana. The gift shop guy and “paparazzi” was great too! Wonderful crew and great memories

Excellent Experience - Amazing is an understatement! The cenotes were beautiful and the guides were amazing! I have nothing bad to see other than the ride to the last cenote was rough and bumpy. I went with my husband and two kids age 5 and 12 and they loved it.

Refreshing but very bumpy ride - It was nice going to the 3 different cenotes. The tequila was good. If you have a bad back don’t go. The roads to the cenotes are dirt and rock and VERY bumpy. They drive fast. You get thrown all over for like 10 minutes. They should warn people!

Just OK - It was good. Felt very rushed. Only 25-30 min at each cenote. Even the tequila tasting was very rushed and pushed for the sale. A third of the time felt like it was filler for time. The tequila rating itself was nice and enjoyable. 3/5 were flavored so not a great representation do what they were trying to sell, especially for the price they were asking for. We ended up buying a total of 7 various bottles within our group only to find out after that the label for the reposado was different from the name we tried/ bought or in this case we thought we’re buying. Even the color was different. That was a bit weird and felt a bit scammy. Poor communication on our “free drink” apparently it was only while having the tequila tasting and not anytime before or after. So we were charged for our drinks after we ordered them. Even though the server specifically said the meal would be two tacos and a beverage. It was also weird how orders were placed. We ordered a guacamole which the server said “at most two people” which was clearly an upsell. We were between ordering one or two orders. Within 20 seconds we ordered two and then decided on just one order. The server said “too late, the order went through” the guacamole wasn’t cheap. $9 for each order. Overall felt like a tourist trap which isn’t surprising but also wasn’t impressive.
