Awesome day trip from Cebu city - An exceptional day. The whale sharks were cool but having a boat take us to a few places for snorkeling from Moalboal was awesome. It's a long day but great

Loved the turtles and sardines - Snorkeling next to the giant turtles and thousands of sardines was the best! There is a guide that swims with you and your children and looks after them so well. For usd 12, another diver/swimmer will take underwater photos the whole time. Be prepared with cash to pay for extra services and tips because you will want to! Our driver (Julius) and guide (JayR) were great and very attentive to our small children! The drive is very long and going for tours of the provincial towns, markets and heritage churches a day before then staying closer overnight would have been a nicer way to plan this trip.

100% recommended - I cannot say enough good things about this tour! Communication from booking to the actual tour was easy and clear. We were picked up from Mactan at 3:30 AM and got to Oslob at 6:30 AM. Our driver, Roylind, was superb! He was quiet, but respectful, and got us to our destination safely. We got to Oslob and met our tour guide, Joy, who explained the itinerary to us and made every part of the excursion flow smoothly. As it was a private tour, we got to swim with the whale sharks without having to wait for hours! I was in awe of the experience. Definitely once in a lifetime. We then visited Tumalog falls and were told we had to ride a motorcycle to reach the area as it is a bit secluded, which cost ₽50 per person. It didn’t take long and the walk to the falls was less than a minute. It was not too busy so we were able to take pictures and videos without a lot of people around. the videos really do not do justice with how majestic this part of nature is! We also got to see monkeys on our way back up the hill from the Tumalog entrance! Bonus! Our trip to Pescador Island got cancelled because of the weather, but we got our refund right then and there. Hassle-free and easy. The Sardine Run was pretty cool. The waters were choppy so it was hard to find the sardines, but our guide, Roman, never stopped looking and he was very patient. He advised us of when and where to dive and took some awesome footage. He also was very calm, which helped me a lot as I am not used to swimming in open waters. We got back to our place in Mactan at around 5:30 PM. It was a long day but worth it and I want to give an extra shout out to our driver, Roylind, who was with us the whole day. He is a hard worker and I wish him all good things in life. I would 100% go with Cebu Tours again.

Well worth the long travel - Meet up at 3:30am then travel for 3 hours to Oslob is a pain, but the tour is really worth it. Our driver Vic was very helpful, and Paula was very accommodating. Definitely try to switch to scuba for 2500 pesos if you have the certification at moalboal as you can get much closer to the sea turtles. The dive shop they took us was very clean and very friendly.

WOW AND WOW 🙂 Experience Of A Lifetime! - Completely satisfied. 10/10. Driver, Melchor, Tour Guide, Lynde at Oslob/Tamalog Falls, and Tour Guide, Rowena, divemaster at Moelboel, were above and beyond helpful making the experience truly memorable. Snorkeling with the whale sharks was exciting and up close thanks to Lynde getting us a good queue number as it's very busy. She then played photographer at Tamalog Falls...next up was divemaster, Rowena, in a mesmerizing experience with the sardine at run at Moelboel as she handled all the videography/photography with my camera. Last, and certainly not least, was Melchor who was so helpful and talkative throughout the long day. He was waiting for me outside my hostel prompt at 330 AM and we stayed ON TIME throughout the day arriving tired, but very happy, back at the hostel in Cebu at 600PM. EXCELLENT!

Best tour I have ever been on! Definitely choose Cebu Tours PH - This was one of the best tours i have been on in my life. I travel a great deal and have been on many tours when I travel. Probably 150 to 200 in my life...usually the food is terrible and the customer service is just ok. This tour was the complete opposite. Every detail was perfect. My driver Pao was absolutely amazing. Such a pleasure to travel with. The 3 hour ride felt like minutes and every detail was thought through and perfect. breakfast was simple which was good seeing you are about to be in the water with whale sharks. but lunch surprised me how good it was and how much food was offered. The meal was huge! diverse and delicious! Gliza assisted me when we arrived at the whale sharks and the line was enormous. But she knew everyone and worked her magic so that my wait was just a few minutes. The trip continued to only improve from there. I cannot say enough good things about this tour the people who assisted me and Cebu Tours PH. Pao (my driver and new friend). was so happy to tell me all about his company and his boss being such a hands on man with the best intentions for his guests and workers. I would definitely choose this tour again and i would be absolutely sure to choose Cebu Tours PH... They could possibly be the best in the world.

MUST GO, check it off your bucket list - It was absolutely AMAZING. It was a very LONG day, but definitely worth it. We got up at 2:40am, and got back 10:00pm. There were only two things I wouldn't happy about it but I would still recommend ANYONE to go with this tour. Things to improve, 1. communication, we got a text from Viator at 5pm the day before. we tried to call them and also asked the hotel to call the local number. There was no one picking up. We got little concerns since this was our first time in the Philippines with a young kid taking this tour. They could have communicated little earlier. 2. Dropping off, the driver was GREAT, he picked us up first at 3am with a young kid, it was very hard to get our kid up and when we come back, the driver could have dropped us at 8:30pm when we got back from the city, since we have a 6 year old. he dropped off us last. I understood the driver was going by the order we picked up, but I would HIGHLY appreciate if he can consider people with young kids and not listening to other guests who in the car to talk over him and try to drop off them first.

Itinerary too long and disjointed - This tour started at 3am and ended back at out hotel by 8pm. Was picked up in an old van with seats too close together and no legroom (never seen seats so close - I’m 177cm tall so average for a Caucasian male), noisy and rattly, had no suspension and was totally uncomfortable/unsuitable for such a long day. After picking up at different hotels around the city, th day started with a 3hr+ drive to Oslob where we walked to get tickets to the whale shark swimming, then walked back to have breakfast that was one egg, toast and a banana and coffee/juice. Then went to Tumalong falls. Pretty dally but not that impressive. Then back to wait for the next 90 mins before we could do the whale shark swimming. (on a side note - it was the Easter holidays and it was a busier day than normal apparently !). The whale shark experience is a line of boats where you go out then jump in the water and they steer the sharks past you by feeding them. The sharks are only babies - about 5m long. If you’re after a natural whale shark experience this is not it! We then had a Filipino lunch in a beachside restaurant that was nice and sufficient food. On a positive note, our guide at Oslob, Noel was awesome and looked after us well and catered to our needs with pleasure. He was also entertaining and caring. Unfortunately the tour does not provide a guide for the whole tour. The trip was very disjoined and all the tourists on the trip needed to meet each other of their own accord. Noel guided us through the whale sharks and the falls but then left us. After Oslob, the driver took over for the remainder of the trip. The driver then took us to Moalboal where we had to pay for flippers (150 pesos - optional) and then eventually went on a boat to Pescador Island to go snorkelling. The boat is extremely noisy (as they seem to be here) and there are no facilities or anything on it. Staff were not really engaging but nice enough. Snorkelling was rubbish with not much to see but that is apparently due to the recent typhoon. Was not worth it. Next the boat took us to swim with the turtles. There was one turtle. Next we went to swim with sardines. This was probably the highlight of the day with a large school of sardines that you could swim with. After getting back to shore there no showering facilities. So now wet, hot and sticky and salty Then back in the sardine can bus for another 3hr + ride home. This day was exhausting physically and mentally and overall disappointing. No water or food outside breakfast and lunch was provided and no specific stops to buy your own either. Too much packed into this tour to be enjoyable especially with the poor outdated transport and lack of facilities provided. If the van had been more comfortable this trip would have been slightly more tolerable. To make this tour more bearable the tour company needs to: - provide a guide for the whole day and be clear about the intentions for the day and each experience - provide updated and comfortable transport - this is an approximately 18 hr tour. - provide some water or at least some stops to allow purchasing of drinks and food/snacks.
