Hop on hop off - Great way to navigate the area. Can get off check out the place and get back on. Went back to the cruise ship and used it again. Right at the cruise ship terminal!

They should make sure... - They should make sure that they have a phone that works if they prepaid for the trip because I had to pay twice because I couldn’t get my phone to work. Now I’m gonna have to try to get my money back somehow.

Disappointing - We purchased our tickets late in the afternoon knowing they were good for 24 hours through the next day. We stayed on for the entire route so we could decide where we wanted to go the next day. The next day, we were disappointed to find that only one bus was running, and it was an hour between each pick up. Not only that at 2:30 PM when we got off the bus for a stop we were told that was the last run for the day. Rain was the reason we were given. Very disappointing to not get what we paid for or expected!

It's okay - It's okay for a small port city. Some of the busses need to be upgraded with headphone outlets that actually work.

Not worth the money as is an easy and lovely walk - Normally we love a hop on, hop off bus. The bus audio and the staff were of the usual very high standard. Our issue is that the route is very short and comes back exactly that same way that it went so you see the same things twice. Cadiz is a very walkable town so we highly recommend saving your money and having a lovely walk, which we did after our bus tour. Definitely not worth the £ 48 it costs for 2 people who it’s an easy walk.

Don't Throw Money In This Service - It was very hot, about 40 degrees. We took the bus by the tour guide and by the air conditioning.. we were sweating the whole trip because the air conditioning practically did not work. The guide wasn't working either. Most of the plugs were broken and the few that worked made a lot of noise and practically did not listen. We were suffering all the way through the heat. At one point they made us get off the bus and onto another one that had no air conditioning or windows!!!! How can you be at 40° without windows and without air conditioning?? Travel madness. Paying 27 € per person for this??? I wouldn???t repeat or recommend it. Worst tour bus I've ever taken by far. I think for 54 € I could have taken a taxi and asked to be given a personalized tour of the best places in the city.
