We enjoyed the tour and the rum!! - Our tour guide Will was amazing. We was super knowledgeable about the products and the process. We arrived 2 hours early for our tour, just based on our transport to the site. The time flew by as they had plenty of things to keep us busy while we waited.

Great experience - The tour and tasting was a great experience, we learned a lot about the history of Bacardi. We did not feel rushed at all. Our guide Alejandra spoke clearly and loudly, she was friendly and very engaging.

Bicardi Rum tour - Come ready for a good time and good rum. A lot of information on the tour. Awesome atmosphere and the gift shop was amazing. Learned a lot of history and making cocktails.

Nice introduction to rum - Good experience. Guide was very energetic. Shorter than I expected though and would like to see more of the factory. Would recommend.

Not for a younger crowd! - It was OKAY. Nothing like the rum tasting I’ve done in other islands/countries. I would give it a 2/5 rating… The tasting samples are literally a sip. I hear the mixology class is much more fun and interesting/interactive. I went with my partner, and we’re both on the younger side (28 & 32) the crowd was much older and the experience itself was boring in our opinion… we were definitely regretting not booking the mixology class. The tour guide Will, was nice and professional, and knew a lot about BACARDÍ.
