We encourage responsible consumption. Mixology and Rum Tasting experiences are limited to one experience per person, per day. Legacy Tours can be combined with one other experience in a single day.

Had a wonderful time.... - Had a wonderful time. Loved the experience prior to the tour in the bar area; great drinks. Really cool to hear about the history of Bacardí. Our guide Esther was AMAZING; knowledgable, super fun, insightful during the tasting. 10/10 would do it again!

Great experience - We had an amazing time at Casa BACARDÍ! The tour was super informative, and the mixology class was the highlight. The cocktails we made were delicious, and the atmosphere was so lively. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

Very friendly - I booked the wrong time for the tour I wanted to take through a third party (viator). Bacardi discovered the error on check in, told me how to correct it, made sure it got corrected and then made sure I got on the tour. Excellent customer service! …Tour was good too!

Great Tasting experience but the tour was average by comparison - We have taken many tours of various beverage manufacturers including the Budweiser, Coors, and multiple bourbon makers on the bourbon trail near Louisville, KY. Each time, we walked through the manufacturing process and saw everything from fermentation to bottling before sitting down with our group for a tasting. The Bacardi tour was a ride around the outside of the plant while the guide described the various parts of the brewing process to us. This was followed by a tasting of four of their rums. Arianda did an excellent job of providing information throughout the tour, especially the tasting but compared to others, this one was lacking in opportunity to see the manufacturing process.

Overpriced - A very small amount of tastings, extremely expensive for the price. I would not recommend. It's all about them making money by selling other products! Disappointing for sure.
