It’s was amazing - Maria was great . she very detail but think the speaker was tooo loud it over shadow her voice.And the drinks where good.

Outstanding Bacardí rum tour with my niece and nephew - Before my niece and her husband visited me in Puerto Rico, he said that one thing he wanted to do was a rum tasting. I didn't know that the Bacardí plant had started doing tours again, but yes, they have! We chose a rather expensive tour, but it was well worth it, and extremely informative. I'm a retired botany professor, always interested in the technical details about the processing of plants into final products, and at the same time my niece and nephew were entertained and informed. I would absolutely recommend this tour to local residents and off-island visitors alike!

Negrón and Family - Alejandra our tour person just knew what she was talking about we asked questions and she was on point with her answers. I wish the tour would not end. Thank you Rizos I wish we lived in the island you were so fun

It was very interesting... - It was very interesting and learn about the history of the family making of the brand rum. The tour was short and sweet with a complimentary drink and the food cafe was delicious👌🏽😊

Very happy visitors - We enjoyed learning about the history of BACARDÍ rum and the family behind it. Also the pavilion bar was just lovely and the food and drinks were yummy. The manager bent over backwards to accommodate us, which I really appreciated.

We really enjoyed the... - We really enjoyed the tour. It was very informative and we both learned new things about the history and making of the Bacardi Rum. We even got a chance to taste. Defiantly a highlight of our trip.

Great tour to enjoy - The experience was very nice!! Loved the flow of the tour. Loved the cleanliness of the facility. Staff was super friendly! Loved the movie they played however the tour guy spoke too fast and we weren’t able to enjoy the few rooms we visited.

It was a good way to spend a few hours. - IDK it was good, not great. I'm glad I went. Everyone was very friendly and upbeat. Got to sample some high end rum. I mean, it was nice. But not a high point of a trip.

Good, not great - Our guide had great energy and good knowledge, but the tour felt rushed. The content was thin, with a brief tasting at the end. We still had fun learning about rum and seeing the Bacardi grounds. Would recommend it with guarded expectations.
