• Centro Fieristico Le Ciminiere - By the ocean, you’ll see the large oven where Sicilian workers used to process sulfur from the volcano in the last century.
• Mount Etna - As we cruise along the volcano’s coast, you’ll witness Mount Etna smoking at its peak and visit its birthplace. We’ll sail through the area where submarine volcanic activity first occurred around 500,000 years ago, with eruptions happening beneath the sea off Sicily’s ancient coastline.
• Lungomare di Ognina - Ognina is Catania’s maritime district and main fishing hub.
• Aci Castello - At Ulysses’ Caves, you can enjoy the first swim of the day. These caves are set in a stunning lava cliff overlooking the sea, with beautiful backdrops ranging from dark blue to green to light blue.
• Castello Normanno - This medieval castle by the sea is perched on a rocky outcrop extending into the water. Built in 1076 by the Normans on the foundations of a 7th-century Byzantine fortification, Aci Castello began to expand in 1169 after a Mount Etna eruption rendered nearby towns uninhabitable.
• I Faraglioni Di Aci Trezza - Cyclops Islands within the Natural Reserve of the Cyclops.

Enjoy a private 6-hour sailing journey (from 10am to 4pm), where the boat is exclusively booked for you and your party. We’ll tour the Gulf of Catania, see Etna and Catania from the sea, sail along the Cyclop’s Coast, and take a swim near Ulisse’s Grotto. When it’s time for lunch, we will first pass by the medieval Aci Castello Castle before anchoring near the Faraglioni Rocks, close to the ‘Isole dei Ciclopi’ nature reserve. Here, you can choose to dive or snorkel using rented gear (an additional option), or simply enjoy swimming around the clear waters near the sailboat. Meanwhile, our sailor chef will prepare a delicious Sicilian feast for you to savour onboard. Lastly, we will sail back towards Catania port, sharing some essential sailing knowledge along the way, or carry on with our boat party, depending on your preference.
