Enjoyable! - Good value and easy to book. We enjoyed travelling along the coast and the detailed information. We had two drivers, but clearly Alfio was exceptional. An excellent driver, very friendly and helpful. He represents the company very well unlike the driver who took the 12 o’clock bus from Duomo today (17/4) I’m not sure of his name but he was very rude and impatient. Also I would suggest if you are travelling a least a day ahead to book online as you can pay by credit card and don’t have to deal with the rude female staff in the office.

fun - Great driver. Not a lot of stops to get off and see things, but a good way to see a lot of the city. Good info via the translated radio system with earbuds.

Good experience - It’s a nice tour that you should take at least around midday to enjoy the place when you stop at the end of the circuit. You can get off the bus for an hour or more and walk around the area because the bus comes back every hour. In addition, the staff and the driver were super friendly and very helpful to please the passengers.

Good for seeing Catania coast - Nice for seeing a little more of Catania, but to save some money actually purchase the ticket in person rather than online.

It was nice - A nice way to see some of the city. Not as many stopping points as I thought. Booking online was more expensive than buying at location. Make sure to get the headphones as the audio on the bus speakers may or may not be in a language you understand.

Not value for money - It was lightly raining and the upstairs section of the bus was not protected so most people sat downstairs.The stairs to top deck blocked view on driver's side of bus if sitting in rear section.On both sides of rear windows were large advertising signs obstructing view out of windows.Also being on lower deck of bus prevented view of buildings,statues and other points of interest.

very bad experience., completely unreliable. - bad experience. they assure you that you can get on and off whenever you want, but then they have a full bus and leave you stranded. we waited an hour under the sun while on the phone they assured us that an empty shuttle would arrive in 10 minutes. we could have gone around Acicastello and instead they made us waste an hour of time listening to their lies. incompetent!

Terrible services - This is to report the disservice experienced by your bus service from the cruise port to the Gulf of the Cyclops: upon departure we discuss the cost because for 15 Euros they want to take us only to Aci Castello, despite having indicated the final destination in Aci on the front of the bus Trezza. We want to go, as indicated, to ACI TREZZA so we change buses at Aci Castello to take a smaller bus to our destination. The driver informs us that the return time will be 12pm, we take a short tour around the town and at 11.45am we are at the stop. We wait for the bus to arrive for 1 hour. After calling the number indicated on your brochure three times. Each time we were told that the arrival would be after 10'. Upon arrival the driver, in response to our protests, claims to have done us a favor by picking us up. He also asks "if we have to take the pill due to our advanced age. With great fury he discharges us long before the Cathedral, giving us the wrong direction from the bus stop that should take us to the Port. Conclusion it will not be possible to see the Cathedral because it is closed and the We find the bus to the Port in a different place than the one indicated. I will publish this story on TripAdvisor and Facebook. I told the story to the staff of your office found on the side of the Duomo without having received any clarification.

Horrible. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS - DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. We won’t be eating any pizza in heaven, because there will be no Italians there to make it. My family and I just had the most horrific experience with this hop on hop off tour company. We arrived at 12 o’clock and bought tickets for 8 of us. We bought tickets on the contingency that the bus was showing up to take us on a tour by 12:30. 12:50 is rolled around and we realize we no longer we’re going to be able to make it back to our boat after doing the tour and grabbing a quick bite to eat. Frustrated that the tour company had missed the timing pretty badly we simply requested a refund. They argued with us for another 10 minutes telling us the bus was here yet the bus was nowhere to be seen. This was a classic example of horrible customer service, and doing everything they can to continue to run the credit card machine without any accountability actually following through on their service. I hope all Italians aren’t like these people, but we are off to a terrible start. What a bad example of running a business and making a customers life absolute hell. After all eight of us got into the store and pressured them for another 10 minutes, they finally gave us our money back kicking in absolutely screaming. Yelling at us as we walked out the door. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY.

Horrible, lied about times, the bus never came - THE WORST COMPANY, THE BUS NEVER CAME. the bus never came and they wanted to keep our money. They lie about the times and then scream at you for wanting your money back. So unprofessional. The guy selling the tickets on the side of the road will tell you whatever you want to hear then we stood waiting for the bus for 45 min. When it never came (as they said it would) we went and asked for our money back as we just wasted almost an hour on the side of the road wasting our small time in Catania. After talking with the company they lied multiple times, their story didn’t line up and were refusing to give us our money back. Finally after having to waste another 15 min they finally did but without a massive fight. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had with a hop on hop off.
