Authentic & fun - A wonderful experience with Agata & Grazia. We were expertly led in preparing bruschetta caponata and pasta alla Norma. The hands on involvement was fun & instructive. We then shared the courses in a lovely meal, accompanied by wine. Altogether an authentic Sicilian experience

Great Sicilian food and hospitality. - Agata was an excellent teacher and more importantly a friendly host, the instructions she gave were clear and easy to follow and she encouraged us at every stage. She was passionate about Sicilian food and tradition and happy to pass that on. She took interest in us and our traditions. The kitchen was well equipped and clean and most importantly the food we cooked was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Excellent cooking class for friends and family - Outstanding private cooking class with Agatha, Simona and Grazes. Multiple traditional Sicilian dishes prepared in a professional kitchen with instructions in English. Education in Sicilian traditions and professional techniques. Located on quiet residential street with easy walk to center to Catania. This was one of the highlights of our group trip to Sicily!
