During the class, the resident chef will disclose the secrets of three genuine regional pasta preparations. Enjoy the process of challenging your culinary abilities. Every student gets a fully equipped work station, complete with all the necessary utensils and ingredients required to prepare the meals. Afterwards, you will be able to taste all your preparations, served with a variety of regional red and white wines.
